I have had lots of fun sharing these with my friends. Family. Very happy I found this site. I had a little trouble finding "kid friendly" jokes and individual (1 -2 person) videos at first. My advice - preview everything before sharing.
So, every parents biggest issue is unauthorized purchases and trying to explain this to a business or company and usually not getting positive results... Jibjab immediately took care of this issue for me without any hesitation! They are truly a great company to take care of this stressful situation with lightning fast response and resolution! Thank you again! Nice to see some companies still take care of customers, even unintentional/unapproved ones
Just unbelievable how much joy and laughter this JibJab brought me this Dec. I am 81 years old and didn't know about this site until I got one of my son. I was determined to learn how to send to friends and family. Only took a couple of tries to figure it out. I love it and laugh every time I watch it. I will definitely be sending them on special occasions or whenever. Thanks so much for the laughter and fun.
A lot of the same old "starring you" stuff from when jibjab started. Some additional "starring you" related to office and more patriotic generic should be added. Where is the creativity focus for office skits that can be used in presentations?
When we bought a new computer, all cookies were of course lost and I could not get into my JibJab account. I contacted them by email and had a response within two business days, as promised. I was back in business pronto. Thank you, Alessandra and all at JibJab! (One thing I wish you would bring back is the quick "jibjab" that was spoken at the beginning of all cards that I made. It hasn't been around for awhile. I thought it was cute.)
Creating cards was a blast and very easy. The results were great and people loved receiving them. Love the fact that you can create them and send immediately or at a later date. Can't wait for an occasion to make more!
I love this site and think the E-cards are so much fun. The only complaint I have is recently I've noticed some random guys face on one of the characters in the beginning and then the correct face will appear a few seconds later. Makes me worry if our faces appear on someone else E-card.
All I needed to do was pay for my membership, upgrade some photos and JibJab automatically grabs a few as well, which you can remove if you like. They should have a direct access button available at your fingertips to see your e-cards, though (unless I missed it). I had to search under my name to do that. The rest was easy to create and manipulate. JibJab, you need to add to the list of e-cards. Very innovative, clever and fun site!
My experience with Jib Jab was very fun for my wife to see on Valentine's day. However, I was charged $1.99 (which I thought was everything) and then $18.00 for I think a year's subscription. I am not sure it was necessary to pay the extra fee to have it delivered. So I'll be checking with JibJab in order to make sure this isn't one of those fees which automatically renews.
I made 40 different Jib Jab videos with 60 people in up to 3 videos each. Downloaded them and stitched them together for a 40 minute video played at the office Christmas Luncheon. Everyone (even the big bosses) loved them! Many folks said it was the best Christmas party the firm had ever had. Fabulous!
The website first accepted my payment before telling me I could not use the site in my country of residence. Would have been nice to know that beforehand, as it caused me wasted time going through PayPal again to cancel payment.
Nor what I'm looking for. I don't want singing I want different dances when I find something I like it keeps going back to main page can't get the mouths lined up correctly and no explanation on how to do this
I haven't fully explored the site yet but I am enjoying what I have found particularly where you can include yourself and others in the action. I would hope that more music videos could be added particularly for those over 30
I had lots of fun with family and friends creating crazy videos with all our faces. You can download and share the videos. If you sign up there is an automatic subscription, but dont worry if you only want it for the initial period. The customer service was great when mine automatically renewed and I decided I needed to save my pennies. I contacted them asking to cancel and refund my payment which they did immediately. I had paid via paypal and it was easy to follow up and contact them, so dont be put off. Thank you jibjab for the great service! I would happily sign up again in future.
Hi, I was pleased with an earlier anniversary talking heads JIBJAB that I sent. However, I was disappointed in the selection of get well cards. Most are for colds and flu. None suitable for operation recovery, injury or painful immobility bouts such as sciatica.
I finally paid attention to various small charges on a particular credit card, only to discover I was being billed for an item I had not recognized was on-going. I phoned the number, spoke with a man who quickly resolved my issue by granting a refund.
My only complaint to him while on the phone was to ask him to repeat several times, as his "rapid-speak" got the best of these 74 year old ears!
I'll admit, I initially thought $18 was a bit steep for a video card. But realizing it was a year membership I paid it saying I'd make the most of it. Now I use JibJab regularly to create more cards for family & friends that are absolutely hilarious. It makes me laugh so much - it's the best $18 I've spent in a while!
I first used Jib Jab a few years ago and found it very amusing and was happy to see that you're still around. I've had fun this year making funny videos for a few friends and family. Have had a very positive response from those who's photos I Hi-Jacked to make the videos. Mostly hilarious results and comments. Not one person was offended.
I think the product concept is outstanding but a bit pricey and the trial period feels a bit like a bait and switch. Admittedly, if you follow the rules, they do refund your money.
I think it should be no more than $10 / year for basic services and $1-2 per instance on some of the advanced capabilities like downloads. I would use it a lot more instead of only using it once every few years.
As it turns out jib jab (what the hell is jibjab anyway?) has been removing funds from my paypal account for 4 years now. I had left a balance in paypal for emergencies when that was exhausted they began removing from my bank account which caused me to become over drawn. So now i am out the $60 and $28 for over draft. $88 bucks! I had never received a notice or a confirmation indicating I had paid for a yearly subscription to this jibjab. I would not have been aware of it at all had they not over drawn my account. How many others have they done this to? They do admit fault but lack accountability saying it was paypal responsibility to notify me. They insist because its been longer than three months and because its paypal they are powerless to issue a refund. Very unprofessional and seriously lacking of integrity. I am still unaware of how my account became connected to jib jab but they had no problem taking my money.
