Best $18 I ever spent!

This is a fantastic website! They make it so easy to personalize the videos and they turn out great! We have had several really fun family nights just making and watching the videos. Everyone can get in on the fun. My almost 5 year old grandson thought it was the best thing ever. We were all laughing so hard at some of the videos that by the end of the evening, everyone felt great! It was beyond any expectations we had. Thank you, Jib Jab. We are going to have fun with this all year.

I am so disappointed :( I used to LOVE Jibjab. They did away with fine tuning, the mouth tool is AWFUL. It doesn't work at all. I'm so upset. What a WASTE of money. I will never use this site again. I am really disappointed that the quality has gone so downhill. :(

Sorry, but not pleased

I'm still waiting for the recipient to view the email with her jib jab card, because of outdated flash. I also don't like the credit card commitment of constant membership, but I can see how some people might. I would prefer a "per card" charge. I've asked to rescind my membership. Sorry.

I bought a membership with JibJab. I made a couple of videos that turned out great. The next day the app was not working properly. I went thru all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing seemed to work. I contacted customer support and they quickly resolved my issue by issuing a full refund..

Fun, fun, fun!

I have used JibJab for a few years now and have particularly enjoyed the dance videos! Honestly, it's such a lot of fun! I'm personally not so keen on the rapper style but there is something for everyone at JibJab. I recently cancelled my subscription as I've used ALL the videos/cards that I liked (but we are talking years here). The help I received to cancel was really courteous and positive too! Well done JibJab - I may be back before too long!

Laughed so hard I cried

Can't exactly remember how I stumbled across JibJab, but glad I did. We are in the flower industry and were working long hours leading up to Valentines. This was just what we all needed to take the edge off. We all had a good laugh and made it through a tough week.

Irish Dance for Friend's birthday

Put this together for a friend who is an Irish dancing teacher and she loved it!
Played it on a big screen at work for her which brought it to life even more -was very appropriate.
Did take a while to arrange and adjust each photo but all in all worked well.

Expensive

The ability to match up the faces is not as good as it used to be, though it's now much quicker. Turnouts especially are really off and it didn't have the same accuracy as when the website first launched. And of course it's very expensive. We're living in a world where most apps are free and this ones charging $18 dollars!

Awesome organization

The support and quick response from them if you have a question is very difficult to find in today's crazy world. They are very fast to respond to your questions. I've used JibJab for a number of years and I always get the same response from my targeted audience. They love it!
One word sums it up... Awesome!

Great support

There was a concern regarding an account with Jibjab which I didn't actually have.
I contacted them immediately. Their help desk staff were excellent in offering support, gathering information and investigating. Updated communication was very good and thankfully it was resolved with a positive outcome.

I'm not a new customer

I quite like JibJab. I've been a member for over a year now. On the whole I like JibJab, but there are areas which could be improved. I list some of them below:

1). I had no idea that my membership had recently expired. No reminder or invitation to re-new my membership was sent to me.

2) Sending cards from my iPad is often not very user friendly. I have difficulty tagging people and the App often doesn't work properly.

3) Why not aim some of the cards at your British customers? I'm sure you'd get more customers here in the U. K. if some of your cards had a British focus, with U. K. accents. The English, Irish, Scottish & Welsh accents are very distinctive & would probably appeal to American customers too. Sometimes JibJab is a little bit too American and is inappropriate here in the U. K.

Fun, has glitches

The site is fun to use, however, sometimes it would stall and it would take multiple times to load a photo. One time the site sent a completed video with another customer's head that was not one of my heads on file. I'm hoping that they will continue to add more videos that are appropriate for younger ages.

I have been a member of JibJab for quite some time. There were no issues this year. We burn a CD each year for Christmas morning and the entire family gets to watch. It has become a tradition.

I'm a longtime JibJab fan; was first introduced years ago when I was working at an animation studio and the partners came in to pitch. I let my membership lapse just because... I don't actually recall why now.
But I'm back. And I love it!

Did I really just pay $18 for one video?

I feel cheated and swindled. I spent a ton of time collecting photos, making my video just right, only to find out I have to pay, not just a small fee but a rather large one for a 1 year subscription to a service I never plan on using again. I understand it costs money to run this site, but be upfront about costs, don't spring it on people at the last second and hold their video hostage. Not cool.

Love Jib-Jab

I really enjoyed having JibJab for a few years. This year I had them reverse my auto pay renewal. It was hassle free to do so and they reversed it with in a few hours of my request. Great customer service.

I have been with JibJab for 3 years and found it a great way to make funny and entertaining material. I no longer require the service and I forgot to cancel my automatic renewal but once I contacted support and asked for a refund, I am pleased support actioned my request within hours and I will receive a full refund in the next few days. I would highly recommend Jib Jib if you want to make eye catching material. Thank you Jib Jab it has been a pleasurable experience.

Made a video paid the 12 dollars to view it and was able to share it and all that, from that point on after any video I made I'd have to register and pay again. After going back and forth with jibjab in an email 3 times repeating the steps they offered to fix it, same thing every time, It would show my account but still try to charge me. I requested a refund about a month ago and still no response.
