I got this message about the change this morning from Visa about the charge from you. I had no idea that I had some kind of subscription, so took contact with your support.
I sent a ticket, but then I also found a number to call in the charge to the Visa card.
Devonne handled the issue really well, canceled for me and set up the return of my money.
I have two issues for you.
1. I listened to the message " 1 minute until your turn" for about 20 minutes. A bit irritating, but not a big deal, since I am retired
2. Could not get my email address to be recognized to log in. Devote confirmed I used the correct email

Refund satisfaction
July 16, 2016

I recently received my credit card invoice showing a charge from Jib Jab. I had totally fogotten that I had signed up for the service and infact had never used it. I email Jib Jab and asked if the payment could be reversed and was told that this could be done... no problem. A few days passed and I checked my credit card which was now showing the reversal. The employee I dealte with was extremly polite and most helpful. What a nice refreshing change... Thank you Jib Jab.

Never heard from you...

Hello,

When I first tried JibJab, I allowed myself to sign up and try it out. In December of 2016, I emailed your customer service to cancel. It seems this has not happened and I am in need of doing so immediately. Please have someone email me directly about this within the next 24-48 hours, as my next step will be to contact the BBB and let them know about JibJab and now Sitejabber (as I am looking to you as a mediary for this situation. Thanks in advance.

JibJab attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Too low resolution
December 29, 2016

Hi I like this idea of funny video carton, but I'm deeply dissapointed with how low resolution of video is. In modern days where everything is retina or HD display you offer only 360p which is terrible to view on any small device.

You need to make an option which quality user can share od download.

If quality would be at least 720p I would continue to use your service but unfortunatelly I will cancel it.

Change that and I will return.

App crashes and no option to buy one card

Downloaded the app on my Xperia z3 and when I try to upload a photo the app crashes every time. It would also be nice to have the option of buying one card with a one time fee instead of having to pay for a whole year.

Trouble with the link

The person I sent it to had trouble viewing it. When she clicked "Click to View" in the e-mail, it took her to your site, but all she could see was the typewritten message. In order to view the actual video, she had to highlight the URL in a box below the "postcard", and paste it into her browser. I sent it to myself to see if it was just a fluke, but the same thing happened to me. I feel like the person I send videos to shouldn't have to go to any trouble to view them. Otherwise, I would have been very happy with my new account.

Review of Free Trial

I only wanted to try the product, which the website said I could for free, but I couldn't find anyway in which to do this. So I had to pay for a full year's subscription. When I complained about this, I was immediately contacted and told I would be fully reimbursed.
However I like the product and will probably use it sometime in the future, when I will resubscribe.

Fun to use, but could use an update

Everyone enjoys getting a JibJab. As the one that usually sends them, I feel it's time to update the experience.
First, how about some new options (eCards) across the board.
Second, make the number of characters flexible, (2-5) for instance.
Third, make the gender flexible for all of the characters in an eCard.

Not as 'cute' as it used to be

Disappointed in what's offered. Have used Jib Jab many times over the past and enjoyed the result. Not this time though. The videos aren't as amusing or as varied as they used to be and the Jib Jab advertisement on the birthday card i created andposted on FB was very intrusive. Just not as fun as it used to be.: (

BIrthday card never sent

I created a card and gave you the email address. This is the 2nd time I have taken a Jib Jab subscription and requested a refund as the card was never sent. I had to forward a copy of the URL for the person to see the card. Kindly refund my $18.00. I will not be giving Jib Jab another chance.

The only problem is that isn't possible download the videos to formats for computers and cellphones. The service is great and fabulous, maybe I can to use more time because I'm thankful for all. Its fun, but i recommende that you should to permit the downloads free for the premium acces.

Luke warm experience...

Really pleased with my JibJab experience. Tried it for free first and then got 10% off here http://www.promotioncodez.com/free-jibjab-sendables-trial/ It's really good fun to create the card and great fun for the receiver of the card. The star in your own videos are the best.

It takes forever. I would think, once I enter them, it holds them in the data base but it does not

Great customer service
November 20, 2020

I had a problem with my account and billing. I wrote an email and expected an automatic response 5 days later BUT within 5 min Robert from customer service fixed my problem and emailed me back with the resolution. I was so relieved. THANK YOU Robert from customer service!

Great Customer Service.

I had to cancel my membership cause I haven't been using it so it didnt make sense in my situation to renew. Doing this was the easiest it's ever been with any site. My issue was resolved in less thenergy 24hrs no questions asked. I love that. I wish all sites could be this easy

VIDEOS FUN TO MAKE

I loved making an Easter Video for our grandkids and one for our niece's birthday but then found not too many more videos I liked due to language and adult content. When I asked for a refund, it was prompt, polite and efficient so I give them 5 stars for customer service. I must say, I didn't realize it wasn't free from the start after I got charged but they made it easy to request a refund. I certainly got a great reaction from everyone who got the two videos I made so it was worth it,

My card did not make it to my father on father's day. I tried to talk him through it a day later, and it had not gone to his junkmail box. I double checked the address and it was correct. I am extremly disappointed. I had to send him the receipt for his card so he could view the link. I"m not even sure if that worked. I am considering asking for a full refund.
