This is great I've had this app for a couple years not sure why it says I've only had it since 2019 I got canceled by accident not sure why it's not showing I've had it for years. But it's great please get it for sure
I joined Jib Jab in 2015 and received what I thought was a renewal and it was another membership so I am paying twice? Other payment maybe against my email *******@zeelandia.co.uk which is the one I prefer and the second charge against *******@gmail.com.
The first time I saw Jib Jab, I knew I had to become a member! It was with cute little Christmas Elves and I never forgot it. Jib Jab is so fun and makes me LAUGH. When I make them up for Friends... they love them just as much and Thank Me. They Brighten your Day... we ALL need to laugh more. Thank You Jib Jab, for giving us a Portal to "LIGHTEN" our Daily Lives!

I'm reading these reviews because your guyses company is awesome anything that relates to it I usually buy entertains me like nothing else it's my new hobby is what I like to do being old you know my kids loved it my wife likes it and you just don't come out with enough stuff urn of cards so alright as many reviews as you want if it gets me more ecards or more make funny video or music apps or whatever because I think you guys are awesome thank you
I wanted to cancel my late husband's JibJab account. There was a refund due and I wasn't sure how to proceed since I also wanted to cancel his PayPal account. Jeremiah couldn't have been more professional, helpful and quick in resolving the matter.
I I was worried because I had to leave a email about the problem I was having and I thought that it would never get answered. However the next day I got an email asking a question about the problem I was having I responded to the email right away and within hours the problem was fixed! Very happy with the customer service I received.
I love Jib Jab and have been a subscriber for several years. I have sent many cards but I am finding I am running out of new material.
Would love to see more new content. Also since I use this for all my ecards a few more traditional but unique cards would be nice too for occasions or people they would be appropriate for.
I was thinking of subscribing elsewhere but found the rest to be predictable. Do what you do best but more and diversify a bit.

It said it was a free subscription and free Ecard and I was charged $18. No where was there a price on the Ecard I chose and there was no price at the checkout when entering my card information. Very disappointed!
Love your snarky cards. So many friends enjoy receiving them. Why not add a bunch of non-consequential holidays, like National Pillow Fight Day or Let's all eat Broccoli Day or "Talk like a Pirate Day"?
I would love to give JibJab team 5 stars if only the e-cards were exact and thematic. I mean if I wish to make a Happy Birthday video I'd love to hear the music related to this occasion, not only the HB inscription at the end of the video. For example, I don't think the song "I feel good" and the related video you offer are the best idea to make a Happy Birthday e-card... Sorry, I just don't agree.
Thought it would be cute for Valentines day to do up a video of me and my significant other. Very confusing and when I did post the video to Facebook, I immediately deleted it. It wasn't our faces in the video, someone else.
How do I get my $18.00USD back?
I sent my wife 2 cards from your POS site, and both got there, the text anyhow. What didn't arrive was the Jib Jab part. You can keep my money, it's not about that, but I will never spend more on your POS site from this point on. My options for a text only card are many, all of which could be free. So if that is all you can send, then I don't need your POS site.
By the way, POS is PIECE OF $#*!, in case you are as slow on the uptake as I think you must be.

I enjoy using JibJab for sending fun greetings to family and friends --- but I would like to see some new choices --- so many of the videos and cards have been on the site for years -- time for some new stuff!
Tried it once, it was fun but not something I would use much. Not super tech saavy! Accidentally made a purchase, but all was resolved quickly. In a world where everything is resolved via internet, it went fast, secure and help was super nice. Thx

Took a few times to realize I had to start a card before I got to the upload page for my photo. I expected that when I go to the my pictures where it said none uploaded that the upload process would be there, not buried in the send a card process, especially for new users that don't want to send a card right away. Otherwise, very fun and cool. Time will tell if there are enough variations not to get stale before the subscription runs out which is what I've found in the past with other vendors. So stay fun because it really was fun.
I had accidentally signed up for a recurring auto-renewal subscription. When I discovered my mistake, I didnt know which of my 3 email addresses I had used. Danielle in Customer Service took over the investigation and in less than a day she had my account canceled and a refund request sent. Excellent Customer Service!
I was a member and then didn't renew but this year someone asked me for a jib jab for a 11 year Olds bday and unfortunately I had to do the same one as 2 years ago because the new ones aren't appropriate. But the few new ones the last couple years were good
The first time I used JibJab was on a lark, and I felt tricked at the end when I couldn't see it without paying for a yearly membership, but I decided to do it because I thought it was cute enough. I tried to utilize it another time and it worked up through the part where I chose the song and assigned the face, and then it would just sit blank and never show me the video. I tried it three or four times and then gave up. It was disappointing and I feel kind of ripped off.
Been using Jib Jab for a while now on monthly payments, then all of a sudden i couldn't get it it was automatic payments, don't know what happened, i had to register, and paid it for a yr which is better love it everyone gets a kick out of seeing these on facebook, I'm set now for a yr maybe no more problems
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
