I have been with JIBJAB for years and had a special discount auto-renewal rate.
Because of changes to my old Costco Amex card, my husband's membership was accidentally canceled because PayPal had the old info.
JibJab's customer support rep Taylar went the extra mile and reinstated my account. Very happy with JibJab.:-)
I wasn't able to confirm that my personal message on my card was saved. Once I exited that screen I couldn't find a way back. Also, while I definitely want to try JibJab for a year, it isn't immediately clear how to cancel the next year. That is a definite turn-off.
I love it and so do my grandkids! When I babysit them and get them ready for bed, they say can be do JibJab? I have 5 of them so I get out my phone and I create some funny ones for them and we laugh. They love the Halloween ones and the farting ones!. I wish I could access the ones I created though and not have to re-create them all over again on my phone.
My jibjab account was automatically renewed from last year. I hadn't remembered that it would auto-renew. I logged onto my jibjab account and easily cancelled my auto renewal. I was refunded promptly. It was painless and easy.

I miss the wsy we use to be able to crop around the head photo to get a more realistic head shape of people. I would also like to see videos with more than five people so I could get my whole work crew or all the grandkids in one video.
The love JibJab but the one thing I wish was possible is the transfer of my faces from the iphone app to the website. I don't really keep photos on my laptop so getting them from my phone to my laptop is a pretty tedious process but I really want to make videos with the ones on the website that aren't available on the app. Speaking of that, please make all videos on the website available on the app. That would be fantastic!
I want my refund asap and if I don't get it I'm reporting you to the BBB and will tell everyone how sorry this site is and that you steal money. You also lie because I was told my $18.00 had been refunded and I wasn't.
I have repeatedly requested help and have not received any. Im unable to make any ecards to date. I paid for a 1 year subscription. I have already missed some very important bdays and am disappointed now. Please rectify the situation for me asap. And I also want to be taken off the renewal membership so I dont have to pay again. I paid to join JibJab for the sole purpose of sending cards to overseas family members on their birthdays. What a disappointment -- none of the cards I created and sent were received! I contacted PayPal, who immediately disabled the automatic yearly $18 withdrawal by JibJab. And I opened a PayPal dispute against them so that I can get my initial $18 back. I will NEVER do business with JibJab again and I will tell all my friends and family about my disappointing experience.
This is a really great and cool website it can make anyones day as great as possible! With its fun variety of video clips and fun music e-cards! This is an amazing app, I recomment it to anyone on there looking to make someone smile. :)
Loved JibJab while I was using it but noticed that I hadn't used it in some time so when I asked for a refund I really didn't expect it to come as quickly as it did! Many sites say they will refund when you ask but these people really do and with a "smile"! Go JibJab!

Options. I canceled immediately. Jib jab used to be fun, you used to be able to see it before you put faces in and I couldn't. It was very frustrating.
I had went on to specifically send a card to a co-worker for her birthday. From the way that the site read, it looked like I could get this for $1.50 a month, so I signed up for a month. When I completed the transaction, there was no place to note the total bill would be for a year subscription through this way (I did see that as what I thought was an option if you chose, not that this is what would be done.)
I was very happy to find out that Jib Jab did and was able to refund my money and subscription. I checked with my coworker and she never even got the ecard either, so I am unsure what happened to that too.

Have to send several times then they disapear? The person I sent them to cannot find them. After I send them I go on friends page on facebook right after I sen them and may be there, when they are there they some times are gone by morning
I wish to cancel my subscription because I was not aware of the restrictions with using and saving the JibJabs. A fact you do not find out until after you have signed up and paid a subscription. I sent an email to you help address on the 27th December 2016, and never received a response.
I paid a mandatory year via paypal. As it was a recurring payment, I canceled the payment for next year and surprise!... I was without access to the site.
It's unbelievable! We pay a service for a year and as we cancel the next year the service is canceled.
This site is really great... for some people. However, after reviewing some of the cards/videos it vastly became apparent that the site was not meant for me or the people I would send cards to. Unfortunately for me I made a hasty mistake by joining after only viewing one of their cards that was sent to my Aunt from a friend. After joining and seeing what else the site had to offer I knew it wasn't for me and am in the process of trying to annul my subscription. Just because it wasn't a good fit for me, doesn't mean it's not a great site for ecards. I know of several YOUNGER people to whom I'm going to recommend this site to! Canadian subscribers beware though, the fee is in American currency, and that is not stipulated anywhere. Anywhere that is until you get your bill and it's much more than the $18 that you thought you were paying.
I made a sledding video with my 5 young grandsons pictures. And A singing one with my 5 young granddaughters. I hooked it up to the tv and showed them over Christmas. The kids loved them and kept wanting to see them over and over again. The parents laughed til they cried. Great fun. Also put them on Facebook for more to see.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
