Recipient did not receive video
September 7, 2016

Sent on Friday from my work PC and coworker did not receive it via email.
I had to copy the link from My ecards and paste into separate email before he was able to see it. Never had this problem before.

Finally, a company who puts the customer first!

I contact Jibjab after I discovered a supscription payment had been debited from my card.
It was a supscription I had started a couple of years ago and I had totally forgotten about it. It was also assigned to an old email address, so I could not cancel it.
I contact JibJab with my issue and all my information and the next day I received a response, telling me my membership had been cancelled for me and a full refund had been issued.
It was refreshing to deal with a company who was quick to respond and actively putting the customer first. So many others are too quick to take!
Thank you JibJab and their costumer service team!

Lagit service. Great customer service.

I really enjoyed using this app, but I had accidentally clicked a year membership vs. The month I wanted, to test the product out more snd see if they came out with different stuff throughout the month be4 I make a commitment. Emailed customer service and had a return reply within 24hrs reporting a full refund. I now signed up for 1 month and really like the service

I JIB JABBED ALOT OF FUN!

The cards that we sent made a lot of people smile and laugh! It is really a creative site that anyone of any age can have fun with! The site is totally easy to work with, and we just love all of the options. Soooo glad we joined! Thanx JibJab!

Disappointed
December 14, 2016

Loved the eCard and ability to post directly to FB. Disappointed because the card doesn't play in FB, it gives a link and most of my friends won't go there. Also disappointed because solution is to pay another fee to download the video. If I've purchased a membership I shouldn't have to also pay to download my video.

Disappointed in set up

I signed up with JibJab because I thought it was $1.50 for a month. I sent a few videos to my mother for Mother's Day. THEN I realized that I couldn't just sign up for one month - it was for a year! THEN my husband got the credit card statement and the amount was more than $1.50 a month so I'm guess it was US funds and not Canadian. UGH!

Inadequate selection & poor quality
July 19, 2016

There were no eCards for a 'Grandmother' birthday.

The card I selected had a nice image & soft tune BUT when it sent it was on a postcard!... and when my Grandmother opened it there was a very loud (& startling) "JibJab" noise & 2 ugly cartoon men.

I was NOT happy with the final product

Why I canceled my subscription
June 24, 2017

I thought a buck fifty per month was reasonable for this subscription. I knew of at least 6 holidays throughout the year that I would use it for but the first time I went to use it I was charged to use it. That made me very mad. I was logged in with my credentials which should have shown that I had a paid subscription, but it did not. I like no fuss no muss and that was both fuss and muss. Never tried to use it again after that and when the charge rolled around on my amazon account I canceled it, so I was very surprised to see it appear again a year later. But was very pleased to see how quickly that was handled. Thank you.

My First Time

I had a moderate amount of difficulty understanding what to do and wasn't able to tell if you could buy one card only one time or if joining for $18.00 a year was the only option. I joined to get the card and was still unsure if I could buy an unlimited amount or if there was a maximum. When I tried to buy a second card I couldn't find the way out to and couldn't get it to send. All in all I like the cards, but am computer challenged in a way that the site would benefit from clearer and more obvious instructions.

Expensive for one card
February 22, 2017

I really wanted to make one card but had to become a member and pay for a year. So that cost me $18 USD or $24 CAD and then I discovered that I had to pay even more if I wanted to keep a version of the video card I created. I would cancel right away but there's no money back guarantee so I'm stuck with a membership and a service that I won't use again.

I just have to remember to cancel before I get auto-billed again.

Sloppy Management

While I very much enjoy using JibJab and the recipients enjoy the results, I find that your management of my account to have been very sloppy!
Firstly, you lost my payment details - twice - and then you erased all my heads, also twice!
It took ME a great deal of effort to straighten things out with NO HELP from you.

Hilariously Entrtaining

Have had so much fun with Family & Friends since i joined JibJab,
Everyone is in histerics that i've sent them to, Mind you i myself am in stitches and doubled up with laughter every time i organise one to post off to Facebook. Absolutley love it, never had so much fun as i am with JibJab... Thanks heaps..

Couldn't get pics to save and create card
May 5, 2017

I joined and tried to create the Ice Ice Baby card, and I formatted, and tried to attach my saved faces on the card many times and it just kept creating a card with some default faces on it. I sent an email to support but all they did was suggest I try the FAQ's. So I gave up.

I would have given it a 5 star for the video clip but then I paid extra money to download the video so that I could share the video onto FB only to find out that because of the copyright that is on the music that the clip used, FB did not allow me to share the video. So, it was a bit of a waste of money in the end.

FORCED into Paypal!

I really wanted to open an account and send a Jib Jab email. Unfortunately after creating and trying 3 times, I was not allowed to enter my credit card directly to pay for the service. I was FORCED to open a Paypal account that I really did NOT want to pay for the service. I'm unhappy about the experience and also not happy with the fact that I had to create my jib jab 3 times before I was able to send my final product. I was frustrated!

Tequila Birthday Greeting

My son LOVES tequila and I was delighted that I could send him a card using his picture as character image to celebrate his birthday. The site was easy to navigate with no problems and I look forward to sending more cards to brighten up the days of friends & family.

Excellent and FUNNY!

Hello!, I've been member of JibJab for... emmm, let's say more than 3 years, jeje, and my experience using the cards and videos has been very satisfied... and funny! All the people that has received them tells me how funny they are, that made them laugh, and ask me how I made them. My family and friends have enjoy the very funny videos I have made for them. Excellent Response Time

JibJab's automatic renewal was not what I was interested in. I let JibJab know and they immediately reversed the renewal and refunded my subscription cost. This was a great resppnse and I would not hesitate to use JibJab in the future.
