I am very disappointed because 2 videos I personalized, "50 cent In da club" and "you know about that base" we're not aloud in YouTube and Facebook due to ownership rights! Why you have them in your site and why you charged me if I cannot use them and even if I use them I could be in trouble? This is unacceptable!
I would rate my experience with jib jab as poor. The price of the annual subscription is not clear. Its looks like it Aud 18 per annum. However, when bill comes through it is actually us 18.
Furthur more, since getting my subscription my junk mail inbox has been flooded with spam emails. As much as 20 per day. This is most annoying indeed. Unless this can be fixed immediately I will cancel my subscription IMMEDIATELY
They'll send you an email and say hey wouldn't it be cool to send your friends a little video of you dancing around with your head on some ridiculous cartoon. Then out of the blue they'll take $24 out of your account for membership for something. I have no idea what it's for because who in their right mind would pay $24 to send a dancing cartoon out every now and then to your friends. The answer is... nobody. That's obviously why they have to steal money from people. They did refund my money pretty quickly but they overdrew my bank account and cost me $35 that I couldn't get back. I would recommend that you read all the fine print very carefully when you go on that site.
Tried to use it on Edge. It took my credit card immediately but wouldn't go past the adding of pictures to the write a comment part. After frustratingly trying it numerous times, I finally closed it in Edge, opened it in Chrome, and it worked fine. I spent about 50 minutes trying to make one eCard.
Only 1 person received the email that I sent on New Year's Eve several days
Late. I did not receive the email I sent to myself.
I contacted the "help" part of the app and to this date, I have not heard from anyone.
I want to know if I was charged for all of the emails that did not get delivered.

I really don't know who has the most fun, the designer or the recipient, when working with a Jib Jab card. Also, when you post a card on Facebook, the number of responses skyrocket and the comments are wonderful. Great product, and great fun!
This is quite a site. I like that I can upload a photo into a template to make my own greeting.
I have passed this site on to many other people that saw that posting I created for my husband's birthday. I hope you add more options in the future.
Its very cool, i love it so far, i just find it sad that i need to pay for downloads on top of the fees, but hey, its not expensive for a complete year, so i can live with it! Otherwise, its so coool!
Valentine's Day was tomorrow. AUGH! I have forgotten to get my wife anything. JibJab to the rescue! In less that 5 minutes I created a personalized Valentine musical starring my wife and I. My wife praised me for my thoughtfulness and it turned out to be one of the best Valentine's day EVER!
I tried to add a message on an eCard and found the whole procedure messy and even now I don't know if it got sent with my card - I did a few trials and couldn't see it in any pof the previews... and its also difficult to edit once you have written something - if it actually goes at all.
The video making itself was realtively simple and a success.
The account representative who took care of me, and solved my problem IMMEDIATELY, was totally professional. Never once did he make me feel dumb or stupid, just did what he did to assist me in the nicest manner possible. Thank you for hiring and training so well.
Difficult to download photographs and position them correctly. Don't like the automatic subscription either. It's my and my only choice to reinlist and don't like auto membership in any business. I may just cancel
After contacting Jibjab concerning an annual subscription they addressed the issue promptly and within days I reveived a refund. So refreshing to deal with a company that was prepared to deal with an issue
I contacted jib jab customer support to help me with canceling my account since I wasn't using the app anymore. Thought I wouldn't hear from them for days since it was through email. Well, Danielle responded pretty quick and my issue was resolved. This is how is should be. Thanks jib jab.
Sent Tequila Birthday greeting to my granddaughter, Alicia (a. K. a. CHIPMUNK by her father, my son), who is being taught Spanish by her father and she really enjoyed it, laughing like, well, a chipmunk!
My only critique would be that once a face is placed within the video, it would be nice to be able to remove it and resize it and replace it again if possible or needed. I also was not able to open my downloaded video which I paid extra for.
My english is not so good, but i can try, when i paid the service the publicity said 1.5 USD per month but when you did the charge to my credit card, you charged the year complete, i thought you have only charged a month.
I´m really desappointed
I was surprised when I read an email that said I had automatically paid for a year membership to JibJab. Since I seldom send out e-cards, I immediately requested a refund from JibJab and it came within minutes. I also said that I would much prefer to pay individually for e-cards, not be part of a subscription plan.
I enjoyed creating this card! The reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because when I tried to create the card on my phone it wasn't adding the faces I wanted. I ended up having to get on my PC to complete and send the card. Other than that it was great and the recipient loved it!
I really liked the site and suscribed with the anual fee to be able to make tha cards.
What i dont like is the fact that it costs me more money to save the videos. It should be included in membership. I will probably not renew my membership because of this
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
