OK, but site needs a bit more...

How about adding the ability for the character's within the scripts to sing or say the actual name of the person. That'd would personalize the cards even more. Also, access to iPhoto would be helpful vs. just downloads for pictures.

UnDelivered E Cards

Unfortunately the majority of my recepients did not receive were not sent the Video message I created and sent through JibJab.
Although I did receive confirmation that the "Hamsters" were hard at work and received an email confirmation sent receipt, only the 1st person of the Group received the video message. All recepients were separated by a comma as instructed on website. Disappointed.

Wasted 18.00

Tryed to make a Father's Day Jib Jab was not able to post. I was forced to join dorm a fee of 18.00 per year. Never would have joined if I knew that my money was now going to be taken from my account every year. Couldn't even get one to post. Very Unsatisfied

Remarkable Service!

Needed to cancel my subscription as I do not have the time I would like to use it. I spoke with Devonne who was incredibly professional, courteous, and kind, assisting with my request even offering to refund the entire charge, not a prorated amount. The product is innovative, and the customer service just remarkable.

Automatic rebilling

Your automatic re-billing is BS. I gave my wife a jib-jab card because we are around the world and couldn't get one. So I give it a go and have to do "automatic" rebilling? I'll drop as soon as my time is up.

JibJab experience

It's realy fun to use JibJab ecards and video's. My friends liked it also. The only thing I did not like was the poor video quality. Also the frame rate does not match with the european TV systems. That's why I rank JibJab with 3 stars.

Great eCards JibJab!

I really like the great eCard theme selection, the scenes are created very well and funny. The photo upload and configuration process is very simple and easy to follow. While I typically use JibJab to send an eCard to someone, I recently found a new use for it. My daughter had a high school video assignment on the 1980s. She acted out several scenes with her boyfriend and sister in it. I took the "You're the one that I want" (from the movie Grease) JibJab eCard using their prom pictures, to work it perfectly into her school project video. It was hilarious, very entertaining and pleased to announce, she got an "A" on her project.

Annoying To Use But Good Outcome
September 6, 2016

For the 'starring you' video cards I was annoyed that you couldn't shape the face around the face in the photo like you used to be able to. As a result some photo's looked a little unattractive compared to the 'real thing'.
When I tried to download photo's from Facebook it kept asking me to log in again.
I also found it annoying that once you go to your account there's no link to go back to the home page.

ECards are great, website needs improvements

I love the ecards. I had issues with the website. Sometimes I hit a page and it was just a bunch of links and the images were messed up. I also purchased a card for download. When I hit the card again, it should just say, "Purchased and will be available for download shortly." Instead I had the purchase link show up again. Also, I don't like it that I have to subscribe in order to make a purchase. I wish you had a "members" price and a "non-members" price. The subscription really hinders more people using your cards.

Excellent, prompt customer service response!

I didn't know that I was on an automated annual payment for Jibjab. When I received a notification that PayPal had authorized this charge- I contacted Jibjab for a refund and requested to be removed from the annual automatic payment. I literally received a reply from Jibjab customer service within the hour- and notification from PayPal shortly after that me refund had been issued! Excellent customer service- 5 star -!

JibJab... You're wonderful!

I have had jibjab for quite a few years and have enjoyed it tremendously! AND those I've jibjabbed! I've been retired for over a year now and am not around the public/friends like I used to be while working so haven't used jibjab much lately. When I called them today to cancel, Devonne the phone rep I talked to, was the absolutely most pleasant person! I'm 66 years old... and Jibjab as a company, and Devonne as their phone representative... is the best experience I've had with a company and their representatives!

Excellent Service

I have used JibJab for many years sending funny, humorous greeting cards to family and friends and had lots of fun doing it. But, the circumstances have changed and I do not send greeting cards very often.
When I contacted JibJab to cancel my membership and asked for a refund for the payment I had just made the JibJab team were excellent in responding to my request. My experience with JibJab was excellent.

Not very satisfied

Hi JibJab!
The issues I have, are the videos are so quick, like your just concerned with quantity, instead of quality. I wish that your videos were a bit longer.
Also, I'm very disappointed, that you don't allow much room for a message. You have very limited space for a message, and a very short character count. When I need to write a longer message, I use one of two other ecard sites, that I belong to.

Love the output e.g. JibJab clip, but suffered on the way a bit too much. Had to upload pictures more than ones, had to input data more than ones and didn't receive a notification that the clip was actually delivered an when.

One day I found one video card I liked through search through all 100 some. Then the next day could not find it again when I was ready to show it to my husband before sending.
Some was of sorting through and finding types of ecards more easily would be helpful.
Also separating those video cards that require a picture from those that don't would also be helpful

What a great time we had. I invited my friends and relatives from all over the country to join me on a specific day at a specific time to celebrate my birthday.

Then I posted a couple of JibJabs of me dancing at the time of the party. It lasted an hour and a half. Then I posted a piece of chocolate cake with ice cream and sent it to all.

The gang joined in... and sent me messages, videos, greetings, and one even baked a cake. We ate and drank and danced... a la JibJab.

Thanks, and "yes, it was all my idea".

Generally good but new animations aren't frequent enough. Too many old animations. I would like to see the option of adding the persons or businesses name into the actual animation. Would be nice to see new material.
