Sending cards is easy with JibJab

It is fun and easy to find a great card and you can do this in the comfort of your own home. There is a lot of choice and something for everyone. So much easier than picking out a card in the store and then putting it in the snailmail!

I think the service is a little bit expensive and the politics of payment aren't clear. I mean, you said we're gonna pay per one month and then when the payment appears on my card register it says the cost was 18 dollars per year! Maybe the customers don't want to use it per year, maybe the want to use it per month like I wanted.

Love it

Sent a singing dancing ecard to my stepdad for his birthday. Everyone thought it was hilarious, and even his workplace have used it on their LinkedIn page. Will be making the most of my subscription and everyone I know will be getting a JibJab ecard on their birthday!

Didn't work when I needed it to

I paid for the service 2 weeks before Father's Day. I wanted to make a Father's Day card the night before Father's Day and I could not log in. It didn't recognize my email address even though I had an email stating that my subscription was successful. I joined again so I could make a Father's Day card. I've sent several emails asking that one of the $18 charges be refunded and I have had no response so I'll have to ask my bank to refund it.

Even though I messed up, they helped me fix it

I'd signed up years ago for jibjab and loved it, but I had to downsize my spending eventually so I can led my jibjab account... or at least I thought I did. Needless to say, when rent came up due this year I had just enough for that and the few christmas presents I'd bought. When I went to balance my checkbook I was $20 short... someone had not, in fact, canceled their jibjab account and had no idea a payment for nearly $20 was due! I emailed jibjab support to see if I could get a reversal and pay later, to cancel my account, anything so I wouldn't overdraft or miss rent! The service member that got back to me handled everything, kept me in the loop, and got a full reversal for me.

I have to give this bad review because Jibjab took money from my bank account without my authaurisation. I have not use Jibjab this year and why money was taken from my bank money which I do not have. So can you please tell me why money has been take? Please be careful when using this website.

Not good

My recievers of the card said it shut down their operating systems.
Really wish it would've worked. Instead, I had to record it from my smart phone and text it to her. Really lost the value i feel. Thanks,

This is my second year with Jibjhab. I really love the cards and the price is really low for a whole year of these cards. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the lack of new cards. Please add new cards for people who have already sent the ones they love.

Tried to personalize a video
May 20, 2017

I could not personalize a video or any other videos. Clicked on personalize and was taken to a screen with a message about needing Adobe Video Player which I already had. It gave me no other options to personalize. I even downloaded the video player and it still wouldn't give me options to personalize. I tried other videos with same problem. I gave up. I checked and I did pay for an account $18.00 for 12 months which I might now cancel.

Total rip off

I will never do business with you again. I called PayPal and your order should have been canceled. If it hasn't been, I will dispute this again. I did not know that this was a recurring payment. Or anyway I missed that part. I do not want to have anything to do with your company and will pay you nothing because I have received nothing. And let's keep it that way.

Didn't deliver

I sent a card to a friend for her birthday. I was delighted with the product BUT having chased up with my friend I discover the card was not received. I even asked her to check junk mail just in case but nothing. Alas I appear to have missed her birthday and having paid for the service am very dissapointed

I paid the £18 requested for a years supply of cards. There was no mention of any other cost when I looked at my bank account I was charged £24 I only sent one card and to my own email to see how it worked, I ended up with 4 I thought I had cancelled the first one and could not change it I found it very frustrating

JibJab is easy to download, to install, to learn, and to send. It draws in family, friends, and kids for a fun "craft time" on holidays. I was able to upload to YouTube to share with my local and global followers. As JibJab was given full credit on YouTube, hopefully my uploads will encourage others to try this wonderful app.

Typo was the issue
December 20, 2016

I had a lot of fun creating these videos!... well worth the hassle of a typo that created two accounts. Due to the typo I made in my email address I had inadvertently opened 2 accounts. Once I realized there were 2 charges on my paypal, JibJab credited me immediately (for one). But I couldn't create any new videos! They saw my correct address as not a member but my statements still showed 2 charges and 1 refund. Long story short, finally Taylar discovered the 2nd email address with the typo... I was promptly refunded. I didn't give a 5 star for 2 reasons, I had to be very persistent about this extra charge and it took quit a while to resolve.And there is only one way to reach JibJab and that's through email... yeah there is a phone # to call but it prompts you to an email address... I'd rather speak to a human when I have questions or issues.

The site us not very user friendly.

It began with a Jib Jab card I recibed and wanted to create one to send out. Created an account, paid the yearly fee than it would not let me proceed. It would not let me finish the greeting I started and would not let me sign in on any other device. Not very happy at the moment.

Not quite right
April 18, 2017

Difficult to know when card would be sent when scheduled. All information stated times are PST. Scheduled to deliver for the 16th April 07:30 WAST but schedule sent on the 14th 22:30 PST.
Expected the card to look exactly as shown before delivery i. E like a card with a stamp on it but arrived just as a video.

Overall not the experience I was expecting.

Jaw issue

I had problems with how the jaw fitting came out, the characters had funny black moustache like faults on their faces when speaking, I tried to re - edit without success, I tried to begin again completely without success, so the animated card which I am stuck with is of poor quality.

Fun with JibJab

The videos bring a smile to faces and are easy to put together. The grandkids like seeing themselves in the videos. You might consider adding a few more music videos that would appeal to younger people.

Didn't work

First time I sent a video card. My son reived it. Note came up that he needed a flash drive which he has. He is a computer engineer. Didn't work. Such a cute video card but he didn't get it on his birthday
