I had a problem posting to my Facebook account, the post would go to a previous account that I had shared with my hubby. JibJab solved my problem, I am absolutely thrilled and satisfied with their ability and "persistence" to get to the root of the problem. Every company should have such dedicated employees. Everything was great and went smoothly. Only thing I would say is missing is a notification that the e-card I sent has been opened by the recipient. Rattlebox e-cards has that ability and I find it most useful.
JibJab has such a huge selection of cards, and I love ALL of them. I have never laughed so hard as I do when creating a card, sending them to friends and family, then rewatching them myself. Fantastic!
Creating personalized cards is sooo much fun and it's so easy. All the recipients of my cards are always thrilled to get them. I've been a member of JibJab for several years and will continue to my membership.

I am amazed at how awesome JibJab was with my issue and their immediate response. I purchased a months subscription that wasn't working properly even though I was charged. I contacted JibJab support and because of the problem, not only did they resolve the issue but they gave me a years subscription for free. That is just unheard of and I am extremely satisfied with their support team. I plan on being a JibJab customer for a long time! There aren't many companies like them out there!
The photo entering process is not good. Every time I want to change the angle, size etcof photo I have to go back into my photos and search for the same photo. There should be a way to edit the photo on jibjab

When you payed the fee of using JibJab and try to download just the app, why asking additional fee for the app to use at iTunes? Ridiculous

I asked to be taken off auto renewal and to be credited back the $18 fee for the coming year because of financial difficulty at the moment... I love the website and have had alot of enjoyment and laughter because of it and if it were not for the fact I have to be on a tight budget at the moment I would not have cancelled. My request was taken care of very quickly and nicely and I'm very impressed with how it was handled thank you Jib Jab
Erin and Taylar on JibJab worked together to quickly and efficiently resolve my problem of using two different emails and having two different JibJab accounts. I feel confident in their handling of customers.

I somehow messed up my password and couldn't login to JibJab. Unfortunately it was over the weekend and I had to get a card out, so I had no choice but to open a new account. I contacted JibJab and received a great response. Not only was my password reset, but I was refunded the fee for the second account. Great job, JibJab! My only complaint is that I wish there had been a way to simply reset my password without having to go through customer service.
I tried to get one only one birthday card, hopefully for free. Web search was for no membership. You forced me to pay but said it was $1.50, I figured that was ok. Then I get an email from you that says I paid you $18 for a year membership exactly what I DIDN'T want. I tried to contact you and you knew I would complain about the charge because it was a choice on your website. I abhorr rip offs! You finally stopped the charge but now I have no card and it was just a waste of time! Will never use your website and will tell all about your rip off behavior!
I've bee a paid member since they started, I paid for 33 downloads too. I had no idea that the videos I made are 100% their property? So before you pay for a dowload and post it to You Tube, remember, it isn't your video! One video they did have was Brenda Lee's "Rockin around the Christmas tree" Was BANNED from You Tube because Warner Music Group owns the rights to that song. They did refund my 1.99, but they said they had bought the rights to that song. They didn't!
I did not like the way Lonna treated me in the emails and I have no intention of ever going back to this site again! They became greedy, like so many other companies out there. I thought they would apologize to me but it never happened! I removed ALL my videos from You Tube... It used to be such a fun place for me to go, but Lonna changed all of that with her lack of customer service skills. This is what they did to me... It was wrong and totally unfair! I am done with JibJab forever...

It was easier to apply online except the first time user... I thought it was free but it wasn't and it is a automatically a member of JibJab and then trying to get it worked on Facebook... So I don't see mine on my FB...
It took me 2 hours to construct the card with frequent fails for each photo I tried to upload and, when I eventually completed it, it failed to deliver to the address I tried to send it to! Now I can't even log in to try again. The only thing that went smoothly was processing my credit card and taking my money! Dreadful!
I enjoy your service very mumore it made me laugh when I saw the full video yet I was wondering that in the future are you going to have more than 4 characters in the video that will be good help in the future videos.
I am trying to send a card for tomorrow. I cannot access my account. I sent a message to help and auto response takes two days? I think I used the wrong email adress and now I seem to be locked out. Help me. Today
The first one I created did not have the faces I put on the video! Hope I wasn't charged for that! The second one, went to the wrong email & I haven't been able to find it to send out again. Very upset over this
I've been a loyal JibJab subscriber for a large number of years and enjoy the site. I only wish that the creative wizards make more personalized JibJabs available which can be for 1 to 5 people. Most are for a large number of people and if you only want to use only a few people, you either don't select that card or use the same person over and over again. I also liked the old option where you could select points on the face to make better facial definition. I know you went to the user-friendly approach but I was told (several years ago( that you would again make that option available.
One problem i have experienced is that the emails that jibjab sends to the recipients usually ends up in their junk folder so i have to follow up to see if they have seen the email in thier in-box and if not have them look through thier junk emails which makes for a tecious process.
Would be better if i could send the clip to them directly and maybe avoid the emails getting lost in the junk email folder.
The JibJab software is unique and great and rates 5 stars. My use of it failed, however, because 4 out of 5 friends I sent it to did not have the software to open it (flash player as example) or were afraid to try as it was unusual software that they were afraid might contain malware. I will terminate my account. Sorry it did not work.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
