I absolutely loved the ring that I got for my boyfriend! I just gave it to him as a promise ring for our 1year anniversary and he absolutely loves it!
My ring is so beautiful and it came in a timely manner. I was a little afraid that my ring is going to come late because it wasn't shipped until the last two days. However, it came even earlier on the scheduled delivering day! The sizing is very nice, it fits very well on my finger and the ring itself is absolutely gorgeous. The website was very easy and fun to navigate. I love Jewlr and will definitely be a returning customer!
One thing I want to make a note is if you try to contact their customer service, do it when they're available to do LIVE conversation on their working hours. It's so much faster and easier. I find them very unresponsive to the usual emailing system. Basically, if you need customer service, LIVE conversation during their working hours is the best way to go. So that's a little bump on the customer service but the quality of their product is great!

The Jewels in the ring were so small I couldn't even see them. It shows a bright colorful ring when you see the photo, and it basically just looks silver. For over $100 I can't believe that.
I purchased the necklace for my Mother for Christmas. Everything I wanted. All her children grandchildren and great grandchildrens birthstones fit into the beautiful open heart.
I have ordered 4 rings from them now. I loved them because they are one if the only places who sell my size (4), my fiance and I order our wedding bands from them and after getting them in miine did not fit. We told them I had ordered a size 4 from them before and it fits perfectly but this one is too small. Their response was to get my finger resized by a jeweler, well I had the ring sized and it is actually a 3.5. I am going to look around to see if someone will resize it for me because paying them $20 to get it resized because they messed up is just ridiculous. I won't be ordering from them again also the necklace my fiance got me was the 10k trio of gold heart pendant but the only gold listed on the authenticity is the white gold so I guess the other two aren't really 10k gold, honestly wouldnt be surprised if they weren't.
FALSE DELIVERY INFORMATION EVEN THO I PAID £9 FOR "EXPRESS" DELIVERY. NO PHONE CONTACT OR EMAIL WHAT SO EVER TO REPLY TO MY MESSAGES. NEEDED MY ITEM BEFORE MOTHERSDAY AND UPON CHECK OUT IT SAID IT WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 12TH MARCH. AND DONT EVEN USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE THEN WHY SAY 12TH MARCH? AND IF OTHER COMPANIES CAN DELIVER BESPOKE ITEMS WITHIN A WEEK THEN HOW COME JEWLR CANT? ABSOULTE STUPID COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE THIS AGAIN. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS MOTHERS DAY A DISASTER. If you want a ring thatll loose its stone within the first 2 months of buying it, then this is your place! Oh and customer service? Theyll tell you anything they can to get you to keep spending money over and over again for the jewlery to always malfunction... utterly disappointed in this company NEVER buying from them again PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not make my mistake. I dont know how they are getting 5 stars with other people, just got off a 2 hour phone call for the literally the 7th time now for weeks and still no help from anyone. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE

One of the birthstones for my girlfriend's mother ring I purchased was wrong and the other one was so small and light, it looked like it wasn't even there.
Was great work, is the second time that i order gifts wit you, and always is PERFECT.
I think that you can add more designs or a possibility of custom the design in the totality.
