Great and easy! I ordered the 14k white gold caged jewerly ring for a gift for my mother in law for Mother's Day. It was very well packaged and she absolutely loved it.
Everything was great except the free gift offer, only ONE OF THE GIFTS ARE FREE, the others cost extra even though you say, pick any if the following FREE gifts as a thank you for your business! Very misleading abd the actual free gift you offer is CHEEZY AT BEST!
The first time I wrote a review Jewlr marked my honest review as spam. I never write reviews, bad reviews at that but I felt I had to, at least try to save many people from the same issue. My boyfriend bought me a ring from here. When the ring got here it was beautiful 3 days later the "genuine gems" turned black (they charged us extra for these stones because we didn't want the simulated stone). I requested a return they sent me the information to return the ring. They agreed the stones shouldn't have turned. I returned it and 2 months later they got back to me. They said they were going to refund me but they were going to charge me 25 precent processing to melt down the ring etc. so a ring that we paid $300 for we were only going to get back $190. I even asked to exchange the ring and they would only give me $190 credit towards another ring. Their return policy says if we are not happy they will gladly accept our returns for a full refund. The return policy is directly on their site. They refused to honor that even though it doesn't state anything about the processing fee. So now they still have the ring and we are out of $300. It really hurt my feelings to not be able to wear the ring my boyfriend bought me. What a terrible experience. We will never do business with this company again. Lesson learned.
This was very quick and easy for me. I had no problem finding a beautiful and unique ring for the woman I love. So far so beautiful, I will let you know if the order makes it around the 31st.!

I spent almost $200 on a custom ring for my mother for Christmas
Immediately upon opening the box I was in absolute shock at how cheap it looked and how the photos online looked much better than the actual product
The ring looks like it was bought from Walmart for $50
Because it was too close to Christmas for me to change gifts I gave it to her anyways
It's only January 26th and the ring is scratched up dull and the engraving is barely visible (though you could barely see it to begin with)
I expected much better quality for the price

Bought a necklace for my wife for her first mother's day on their website the Sunday before (a whole week before). I paid extra on shipping to ensure I had it in time and was told I would receive it on Thursday. These scumbags DIDN'T PUT THE NECKLACE IN THE MAIL UNTIL SATURDAY (the day before Mother's day) and it didn't arrive until Monday. So my wife wouldn't have a present to open on her first mother's day because these schmucks couldn't keep their word and deliver when they promised. Trying to even get a hold of customer service rep was bad and when I finally did it was an absolute nightmare.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
