My boyfriend had previously bought me a promise ring from PEOPLE'S Jewellers and the ring was very very pretty but didn't hold up too well. After a couple months the entire band had been bent and the stones were cloudy. I had purchased his promise ring from Jewlr and we were more than happy with it. It was exactly how we wanted it, it fit perfectly and the engraving was just too cute. So about a year later, my boyfriend lost his ring at work and i ordered him a new one (the same ring, just a different engraving font) so he went ahead and ordered me a new ring, this time from Jewlr. Our rings ended up coming on the same day and I bawled my eyes out when I saw them. These rings were the most gorgeous rings ever, and I couldn't even believe they were ours, and for so cheap! We were beyond happy with them, and to this day our rings are still as perfect as the day we received them. My ring is very sparkly still and the engraving still looks brand new. I recommend Jewlr to EVERYONE. I love them! (The picture with the two rings on one finger is my old promise ring and my new one.)

I recently received a mother's ring from JEWLR and it is beautiful and well made. I wear it every day and receive lots of compliments on it. I am ordering a ring for my future daughter in law today.
My girlfriend and I ordered rings for each other the other day. Once we got the rings they were too big for the both of us, and we both ordered the correct size for each other based on the sizing chart they provide, but yet, they were too big. I had emailed customer service three times within five days period without a response back. My girlfriend ended up calling them after the third email was sent when no one had replied back. When she called customer service she was put through a line with the machine with her having to leave a voice mail instead of actually talking to any anyone. With that she left a very concerned voicemail for them to notice that there is a problem. The day after she left the voicemail I finally got a email back from an employee. I had asked her multiple questions about our rings, and she only replied with one answer from the email that I had sent to her. She was unable to answer my questions in one email forcing me to send more emails asking the other questions and yet she would reply with one of the questions answered. With that, both my girlfriend and I got frustrated. I would recommend anyone to look somewhere else, even if it cost more, because I would rather have quality service and pay more than deal with this again.

Took a couple of weeks to be created and personalized though that was to be expected. Ring quality was gorgeous, even arrived in a nice box. Easy customizing options. Would definitely recommend.
My ring was tarnished, went to a real jeweler- they said the diamonds were fake!
And on top of all that, my finger turned purple from the ring.

The rings are beautiful and decently priced however the name engraving is not very legible and not sure it should even be a feature listed unless it could be improved.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
