JemJem gave me the fully upgraded model of the MacBook Pro laptop I ordered, and it came on time, very safely packaged, and in perfect condition. I feel very lucky that I chose to go with JemJem vs some of the other similar companies. I've been recommending buying a used Apple computer from them to friends and family since then.
Ordered a laptop from Bestbuy, I expected it on the 20th but received it on the 21st. For 2 weeks now I've been using it and no issue so far. Will order for my sister in 14 days and I hope I'll be great too.
Jemjem has not dissapoinnted me since I started buying products from them. What `I like most about them see the good service they offer to those who are stuck in their website or for any questions that you may hae because I have had both iseus and with both they managed to help me. My order was delivered quick and in good condition.
I bought 2 Ipads from them for my nephews and both of them are working very well. One of them looked like a brand new and the other looked good too but had a little scratch on the side. I'm satisfied with their service and i can recommend them to friends or family.
Saw their ad on Facebook and visited their shop. Bought a black IPAD AIR 2 from them and they shipped within 3 days. I have only used the IPAD for 3 weeks and so far it's been a satisfactory experience. I will update my reviews in 6 months.
I was very dissatisfied with JemJem. The iPhone I purchased for my granddaughter was supposed to be unlocked and T-Mobile ready. They could not open the phone. I took it to an Apple store and was told the phone was locked, unable to be opened and he found an indication on the phone it was either lost or. Stolen. After returning, it took 5 weeks to get my money back.
I purchased an Ipad mini with cellular. I received a shipping email. It never arrived. I called, they said they had to cancel order due to lack of inventory. I wouldn't have minded if they had let me know but I was looking for a package each day. They need to make sure and let people know the status.
I'm not used to writing reviews but on this case i have to. This is the first time I'm Buying a refurbished phone and i got good value for money spent. The IPhone 8 is just in perfect condition and more than what i bargained for considering the price. I will buy from them again buy may be a MacBook this time around
I did everything I should of done. The shipping status kept changing and did not know what day it was coming and it never did come. File a police report and contacted my card but still no money or item. Will never do business with them. I did not even know it was them till I tried to find out where my iPad was. I was thinking I ordered from walmart.com that it was walmart not a 3rd person who doesn't help.
Got to know them through a co-worker. Bought a macbook from them 3 weeks ago, they shipped it to Portland within 6 days. I haven't experienced any issue so far. I'm happy i got it for a far lesser price and it's serving the purpose.
Bought Ipad Pro, worked for about a month and died. I asked to return and they sent a label but I went to the hospital for 5 days. Upon getting home I called to request a new label and was refused a replacement and they claimed it was now out of warrantee. Although, I had notified them of the issue within warranty period. They change their warrantee time frames to suit their needs. Scum company! Never Again!
A waste of over $500
Bought a "refurbished" MacBook from them through Best Buy. I didn't realize that Best Buy outsources their refurbishing to jem jem and doesn't do it themselves. The laptop worked for 2 hours and then completely crashed. Luckily best buy let me return it with no problems, but It wasted a lot of time and was very frustrating to pay $800 for something that straight up didn't work. It came with a jem jem warranty card that said if you update the OS it voids the warranty. They're a joke.
Bought an iphone and I was a good experience. The phone arrives in 2 days in the conditions describe. Keep the good work, I will continue shopping at jemjem and I will recommend friends to shop at Jemjem.
Orderd an Ipad for a fair price. After all, it was in fair condition. Opened it up, turned it on had to pick my language realized it was in voice/screen mode when. Everytime you touch the tablet tells you what it is it was very hard to set up. I got all the way to the end and it got stuck on something and kept searching and searching it then shut the screen off and kicked me out so I had to start over. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the voice off of here and I still haven't been able to start up the tablet properly. I'm beginning to wonder if this isn't someone else's piece of junk they traded in somehow. It's actually not a fair price or a good deal if the thing never works properly. Don't think I'll be trusting Jem Jem again with my hard-earned money.
Heard good things about it but was thoroughly disappointed by the iphone I bought. The touch screen wasn't working properly. However, the three stars for very good customer service. The process of returning the equipment was very easy.
Ordered a iPhone 5s that Xfinity Mobile said would work with their system. JemJem sent the phone in the condition as listed. Phone received was as listed. Then XM said all the 5s phone would not now work. They lied. JemJem took back the phone as they state in their website they would. Mailed back the phone and credit was received. They rate high with me as a recommended vendor.
Both two refurbished laptops. One from amazon one from Best Buy both came from JemJem. One had its battery swell and destroy the computer. The other was extremely slow and Best Buy couldn't fix it. This company is a scam and large dealers need to quit using such con artists
I sent a refurbished laptop I purchased as it was not working! To top it off, jemjem claims they never got the laptop back! It was sent back in the box it came in with their rma #. So now I'm out a laptop and jemjem sucks! Don't

I have used the shop for quite a while and in all that time I can say that ti has been a god experience and is more that I expected. Most of the nlien shops do not provide good service because htey knw that clients are to lazy to confront them as they are located far away.
Shame on me! I ordered an iPad 3 what I thought was a later model iPad but was was an older slow iPad with Cadillac permenantly engraved on the back. I did receive an iPad 3, released in 2012, I just thought it was a newer model. Again, Shame on Me. I think a release date in the JemJem description would help customers know how old the items are.
