Bought 2 itens at JemJem (iPad and iPhone).
Very satisfied no the iPad purchase, works great and excellent condition.
It came missing the slot card, but once claimed JemJem fastly shipped to me the missing part. Great and Job from JemJem.
On the iphone purchase, big disappointment, I cannot say the same, it was bought under EXCELLENT CONDITION but the battery is dead.
After Full charge, few minutes of use it turns off, very disappointing... wish it was advised earlier about this issue.

I purchased a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro that JemJem listed as having an nVidia discrete video card. After completing the purchase, I researched the model number listed, and it did NOT have the nVidia video card, and none this model ever did! I went back to JemJem's website and noticed that they listed ALL of the MacBook Pros with nVidia cards.

After spending the better part of a morning to reach a person at the phone number that JemJem listed for customer service, I was lucky enough to get my order cancelled.

I also let the CS rep know that all of the 15" MacBook Pro listings incorrectly listed 'dual NVIDIA graphic processors'. But 4 weeks later, nothing has changed, no corrections have been made to these blatant errors.

I ordered a MacBook from this shop through Amazon and I'm satisfied with the deal. MacBook works perfectly, no single faults despite looking for one.

I placed an order through walmart.com for my sisters Christmas gift with them seeing the reviews they had I thought everything would be fine. I ordered and Ipad mini, It got here in time and then when I opened the box and turned it on the screen had been malfunctioning. So I did not freak out or anything I just called there support team. I spoke with a guy he sent me a label and I sent it in the mail on December 22nd. I talked to him asking for a replacement and he said when it came they would send out a new one. I called them yesterday still having not received a replacement. Even then I was understanding because the holidays I knew everything was backed up. They said I would receive and email that day and I did. But it was a refund of the money which I had stated was not what I wanted. So I called today and the girl on the phone was nice in the beginning. I explained to her they should have called me to give me a decision. She said they had none in stock. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor seeing I am in customer service industry as a manager myself. She put me on hold came back on the phone after 10 minutes and was saying hello so I said hello back like 3 more times and then said I know you can hear me and she hung up on me. I tried to call back and they are now not answering my calls. I will never deal with this company again they are completely unprofessional and rude. Stay clear of them!

I got this computer through best buy but sold by JEM JEM (honestly I dont know why Best Buy is even connnected to this portal because in the end you never deal with best buy customer services, this was the 2nd computer I bought like this), Any how, they sent me the wrong computer (a way $#*!tier one), Then I sent it back and a week later, I saw it had been received on sept 28th and it was now oct 5th and hadnt gotten by refund. Contacted them and they started their email by this: ccording to tracking, I show that it will be delivered on 09/28/2020. Great, so apparently it shows it will be delivered last week. (I sent them the screen shot of the reception of the package and theres even the name of the guy who signed it off) so well. Im still waiting for them to give me my money back. But that just shows how much they are not paying attention nor care...

Omg. So horrible of an ipad this is the second one I had received; I purchased off of Best Buy and I was really looking forward to this ipad because it was 250 DOLLARS! But no. The first one I received was so horrible it would just shut off randomly and when I tried to turn it back on it'll say dead. With my second one it works more than the last one but it's some things on the ipad that just aren't even worth the money I SPENT! The battery is horrible on this one also, ipad gets super hot, glitches sometimes and so much more I could write about! PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE!
