I just don't remember kicking JemJem's dog

There's a lot of reviews up there and their reading is pretty high but I don't know why except for the price of the computer was good everything else has been a absolutelynightmare from the shipping had to do with FedEx cause they said they tried to deliver it twice I made arrangements for it to be delivered another time and that didn't happen and then it never was there in contact with FedEx and it said that the only thing that can be done is Jim Jim has to file a complaint or save it out of the package and get there it's a stupid system but then 17 emails later with this one customer support person she just keeps giving me the runaround and the computer finally shows up the stairs in my porch after spending almost entire day on the phone with Sex and just keep running asking for a different supervisor and getting the runaround there they kept saying it meant for my claim to go forward because they said they delivered it but they forge my signature and Jimtom when asked them for that signature Ashley and then she wouldn't even contact them and she said oh they just said they delivered it it's been delivered I said you keep saying that like it's going to be true one day and then when I didn't get the computer I turn it on and it doesn't work and I'm trying to return it it's before the 30 days and they're just again giving me the rundown and it's been 10 emails show me a picture of the screen show me that show me that that screen is not the whole screen like it was just a fraction of an inch at A frame I can't believe how absolutely terrible they've treated me I will never recommend them for anything and this is why people do bad things because I make really angry and tired of it and spent way too much time but I have to MoveOn but some people would lose their $#*! and do bad things. I asked the woman name CHRISTINE to send me to a supervisor to give me to supervisor let me talk to somebody else with her and she won't and it says she's works for insurance company not and customer service really and so I don't know they're making return a big deal and That is not what they say and her paperwork or website they're liars.

So you can see the pictures that are stupid but they show how many emails I've had to deal with and how long I've been dealing with these people do you want to answer all those emails and write all the emails yeah I don't I didn't but I had to and I'm still dealing with this stupid thing still here. They only sort of resurbished Ryan didn't do it all the way and they're trying to make me prove that I don't have my Apple ID on there which is hilarious I can't even get the thing to start up really add this in the software macOS it doesn't have anything to run I can take pictures of tho

Worst company ever dealt with!

I ordered a Pixel 3 XL from this company and on receiving it the screen was cracked. When I put my SIMs card in and tried to do anything half the time it is not work and the time would not stay correctly. I contacted Google and first thing they told me was the IMEI number was registered to someone from November of last year and they could not do much with the telephone because it was still that person's telephone. Also they said there was a software issue and it could not be fixed. I am Google also emailed and called this company several times in the last 3 weeks and for some reason they cannot even talk to me about the issue but I bought the telephone through Amazon and finally Amazon after about 10 emails to Jem Jem they finally responded to them with a grounds label for me to send it back but would not give me any indication why nothing would work or why it was registered to somebody else and also would not even give me not even a partial refund until they received the phone which UPS said it take 2 weeks to get there. I feel their information is very misleading and very customer poor to not contact me, Google, or Amazon so long and relationship to this. This is the absolutely worst experience and I do believe the worst company in United States to do business with as far as any telephones or iPads because as far as I'm concerned and Google is concerned that they are not legit and selling fraud devices. Please do not even hassle and messing with this company. Since they sent me the return label I have contacted them by telephone 23 times and 14 emails to try to get something done faster but no return response. Hope Jen Jen reads this and learns a little bit from it because it's absolutely ridiculous because I had to pay for the telephone before I could receive it but they cannot issue any type of refund even though Amazon and Google both tells them the phone is no good until they receive the product back which takes two weeks then they said it might take another week for them to look at the telephone. This is bull bologna and this is false advertisement and by sure the better business bureau will be notified and supposedly Amazon is doing a investigation about this. To be honest I believe the Amazon since Jim Jim is there client that they should step in and do something about this with they will not neither so just see what happens thank you. Jason
