I've been checking out Jem Jem for a couple years now and recently I was able to buy something off of here. I got an iPad air 2 and I love, love, love, love it. I bought a charger as well and it charges fast. I had a case but the immediately messaged me and told me it wasn't gonna fit my iPad air 2 and they took it of as I requested and sent it out.
I bought 3 of my used iphones from jemjem and I love the price and quality of the device. Came with free shipping, Free 90 day warranty(this was important as these are used electronics). Had issue with 1 of the item, screen wasn't responsive, contact them got RMA same day, got the replacement in a week. Overall great experience! Keep up!
I bought a 300$ phone, the first one showed up dirty and defective, I contacted the company and they replaced it with another defective phone. So now I have a 300$ iphone that overheats and doesn't have a functional front facing camera.
The "delivery date" was pushed back the moment after I made the purchase. The item arrived after I was informed in multiple occasions that it would. It cost me alot of money, and jemjem offered no redress.
I order a laptop from the Walmart website, the order promised arrival by 17th and by that date they hadn't even send the item, not even a tracking number. I recommend you stay away from this seller, not a professional seller.
Ordering, receiving, requesting return, and returning all went very well. Would be better if JamJam could insert deactivated or expired simis into refurbish unlocked phones they are selling, as an option for those who want to use the devices as WiFi only, and run apps, such as Whatsapp, which do not support tablets.
I never received the items I ordered. I received a refund, but I was not advised that the refund was being done or why. I just took it that there was no products. If I hadn't checked my account I would never have known. It was refunded!
Received phones in the mail and took to a Verizon store and to purchase a SIM card but technician stated it would not work on their network. I researched it before I bought the phones and they were supposed to work on Verizon.
I goofed when I first ordered and luckily I caught it before the item was shipped. JemJem quickly canceled the order and allowed me to make a new order. My item was shipped right away and it showed up to my home quickly just as advertised!
The refurbished phone I bought from them is still working as though it's a new one. Their customer service is great! There always helped out with my queries.
More than I expected. The iPad arrived with my scratches on the case. Screen appeared to be brand-nea without any flaws. Could not ask for a better deal.
Horrible experience with them while selling on Amazon. They sent a completely dead lithium-ion equipped iPhone.
If you do any basic research, you will know that you just don't let lithium ion batteries go completely dead. It ruins them. This device would be fully charged and drop 11% in the matter of 20 minutes of standard web browsing without any video or audio streaming. It ended up costing us $50 more and basically turning an okay deal into a horrible deal. The customer service people played "delay games." They wouldn't answer direct questions leading two days of delays and ultimately not resolving the problem. I went about them and complained directly to Amazon. Just a heads up, the item was described as looking like new at arm's length. Considering the damage to the case as well as the screen being quite visible at arm's length, I would say they're not trustworthy on their grading system either. Putting a screen protector showed even more damage than what was visible at arm's length.
There are many far better suppliers out there. At the time of my review, other Amazon customers were having similar issues at a rate of something like 35%. I am not alone.
I'm happy with the my $300 purchase. Phone looks good so far and i hope it lasts. Depending on how long it last i might decide to be a returning customer.
I made the right decision buying an Ipad pro from them. After extensive usage, I can attest it was worth the money. I'll rather buy refurbished these days than spend so much money on a new item.
The computer looks and works as expected. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took JemJem 2 extra days to prepare my package, and then the post service (think it was UPS) took 1 extra day. I was leaving the US and the computer arrived after I left (although it was supposed to arrive before) and I had to pay extra to send it to a friend who brought it to me.
The phone I ordered from here last month quickly arrived and there was nothing missing in the product. I did not encounter any problems. It's a really successful business.
4 days after I placed my order for an Ipad 3 I received it. The product beats my expectation. I was expecting less but got more. It's been working perfectly and I'm glad I bought from them.
Ordered a refurbished 2015 MacBook with this company after researching for about a month. Went with them because they were certified through Walmart. Spent roughly around $1000 on the computer for it to last me all of 7 months. Of COURSE the warranty had expired and when I sent a suggestion to the company on the behalf of my experience the response was super generic. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. All it took me was one time and I learned.

Shipping was pretty fast and device was in top shape. I actually needed an additional tablet to aid my marketing services and the tablet has served me well so far.
