I bought an iPhone 6 Plus and the phone I received looked brand new, not even a single scratch. I received my phone within 3 days and easy tracking. I've had absolutely NO problems and I'm 100 percent satisfied. I was so satisfied, that when my girlfriend needed an iPad mini, we ordered from them and once again, it came looking brand new and fast shipping, this time arriving in 2 days.

I ordered with enough time for delivery and paid the extra for faster delivery... then my purchase seemed to stall out in CA for a few days. Almost didn't get it in time as it got delivered after 6pm on Christmas eve. I have ordered from JemJem several times with no problems but the last 2 purchases have been disappointing

This is the second time in 14 months I'm buying from them. First was a laptop which is still working perfectly, second was an IPhone 7 which looks great too. I'll use them again if I need another gadget.

YI'm very satisfied with the service. But there was one mistake, I asked if the laptop I purchased had a slot for a CD drive and the person that responded mentioned it did not- It did. The computer runs great. Thank you I've referred you a number of times and will continue to do so.

I've chose tel in excellent condition but it arrived very used (all holes are very dirty) with some scratches, a problem with a microphone-people can't hear me well during the call. I was trying to make an order from Italy -it's not possible to pay with a PayPal registered in Italy. Was asked my friend to buy it in usa and send me. I'm absolutely upset. Not in excellent state. Can't send it back from Italy now...

Prompt delivery as promised. Price was ok, not great, but ok/reasonable. No complaints from me.

We ordered a refurbished iPhone, thinking our experience would be as good as the last time. It was not. We spent hours on the phone with Apple trying to do all kinds of tricks to get it to work, and it still has little glitches (it gets hot, it shuts down for some inexplicable reason at random).

I'm glad with their service. Got an IPhone (Iphone 8)from them two weeks ago and I'm very impressed with the outcome. Phone looks new and I haven't noticed any defects for now. Another good thing is that the ship for free.

I've known JemJem since 2017 and have made about 4 purchases from them. I only had issue with one purchase and they were able to replace the phone. I actually rejected it because the edge was a bit rough. They have been good and I'll always buy from them because they have quality gadgets at good prices.

This was perfect for my son's Christmas gift! Seriously looks fresh out of the box! Not a single scratch. This was the only way I was going to afford an iPad for him and I am quite pleased. I will make future purchases.

I decided to get an apple watch from them and the sent it over in 5 days. The watch looks so cute and no one will believe it's not a new wristwatch. It was a good deal and am satisfied with the outcome.

I purchased an early 2011 MacBook Pro from Jemjem. There were a few small dents in the case but that was to be expected from an "acceptable quality" refurbish. It runs great and for the price I am very happy. Could possibly need a better battery but that is a non issue

Bought a refurbished iPad 4. The iPad can be a little delayed at times but overall it works great. Also the wall power outlet that came with it started to not charge it hardly at all. I switched it and now it charges fine.

Pre-owned items purchased through Best Buy come from Jem Jem and are garbage! Jem Jem will lose the original items you send in for repair and replace it what they deem to be an "equivalent." Then, Best Buy will make you continue to pay on your Best Buy credit card account and refuse to refund due to serial numbers not matching the original item. Scam alert!
