Headphones I ordered stopped working in 2weeks, got in touch with customer service and they responded right back to see how they could help. I ordered 3 items from you on Feb 2. I received 1 of them on Feb 16 and another on Feb 19 the 3rd never came. I waited 3 weeks to even know if the items were going to be coming or not. I feel there should be some way to track this better. I contacted customer service about my item and 1 week later I got a response saying it was being looked into. Now 1 month later I have heard that the item is not available and I will be issued a full refund, which will take another week to 10 days. I understand you offer goods from a 3rd party but there seems to be an issue in followup on issues in a timely manner. In today's world of 2 day free shipping from almost everyone it is hard to order from a company when I don't even know if I will get my products for a month. I have had other positive experiences with your company but this is the last one and it does leave a bad taste.
I only rated this 4 our of 5 because on this particular order one item took much longer to ship and was a little difficult to track down. However, I will continue shopping with Choxi becuase they are usually very quick to ship, have good prices and good merchandise. I ordered several times with NoMoreRack and haven't seen any problems.
For the most part, I am satisfied with Choxi. I doubt that I will ever order electronics from them again. I have never gotten my order correct when it is electronics. Sometimes they are helpful but most of the time, they try to get out of giving me a refund. I have ordered jewelry from them and have not had any problem except this last time. I ordered a pair of pearl earrings. The first day I wore them, the stem came off while I had them in my ears. Needless to say, it was hard getting the stem out of my ears. Household items that I have order, I have always been more than satisfied. I guess it is a learn what to order as you go experience.
I was surprised and completely satisfied with my experience with and purchase from Choxi. I have purchased a few things on line... not a good idea. It seems to always be not what was shown in the picture.

Have ordered smart watches, various electronic gadgets including tablets and 2 in 1 desk top computers and have always been satisfied with t h e products. Any problems have been quickly rwaolved. Will continue.to purchase from this company and recommend to friends.
I have shopped on Choxi for quite a while, even when it was nomorerack.com. There has been only 1 item that I was not really satisfied with out of the more than 15 transactions that I have done. I will continue to shop on the site in the future.

Choxi is an great website that offers many products from women's clothing to jewelry to home goods. I've made many purchases in the last year for myself and for gift giving and overall I've been very satisfied with my purchases.

My husband and I are both very allergic to metals. Including Gold. Our wedding rings made our hands break out. Finally, we found rings on Choxi that do not make us break out. And very inexpensive as well! Thank you!
I wanted more specifics about my order, why it's taking so long, is there a tracking number, is it on back order? I read your FAQ's and my email inquiry returned the same response to 'order status' I already knew about. I stopped shopping at Choxi for a year because of your terrible delivery service ETA. My 'Order History' does not show any kind of detail other than 'Processing'. I received my first set of luggage but never received a tracking number. Where is my 2nd set of luggage?! I was hoping your delivery service would have improved but I see it has not. I am very surprised that Choxi is still in business. If your customer base doesn't care about delivery times, not receiving tracking info, or being held in limbo as to when their items will be delivered, then you guys have a target audience. I am not part of that target audience. I expect better and I don't think I'm being unreasonable. Sorry I came back.
I bought 3 different items, I got them pretty quick but one of them it was damage.
The customer service team was on top of the issue even emailed me to double check that everything was in order. Very happy!
I have been a frequent customer of nomorerack for years. It seems that since it has changed over to choxi that 50% of my orders I don't receive and have to cancel or re order. Other sites such as Tanga, ect. Have the same great deals and I receive my orders within days. Getting very frustrated with this site and the generic responses that you have to go through to get re-imbursed. My last no show item only got me a store credit not even re-imbursed
I don't know if Choxi has change their customer service system, the last time I contact them was through email on their website. They should have at least a tel. Number handy to contact regarding any concerned the customer have.
I love the products and the price. The customer service is top notch and returns are very easy. The one drawback is that they tell you that your order has qualified for free things (Such as magazines) and then you must call and cancel or it will auto renew.
I ordered a "smart watch" which wouldn't hold a charge for 12 hours. Upon notifying Choxi, they provided me with a return shipping address label and a credit on my account, indicating that they do their best to back up their products.
Choxi is one of the best sites on the internet. You can almost always find what you need and they stand behind you with everything that you purchase. I am extremely happy when I order from Choxi and I appreciate all of their great service. Everyone should try them.
I've purchased several items through this website. I have been pleased most of the time. I have only brought 2 items that I wasn't impressed with once it arrived. The colors seemed off, from what was shown online... not a big deal still nice products just wished the shade of color was different.
Ordered three items Aug. 26 Two of the items showed up within ten days. The third however took almost a month! There was no ship date for over two weeks. When I complained, it still took another week! When the item finally shipped it only took TWO days to arrive. Item is as promised, it just took forever to get here!

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
