Sort of indifferent and am not sure if I will be using choxi for future purchases. I have spent quite a bit in the past. But at this point I am undecided.
I have had nothing but good to say about Choxi until this past order. I placed my order on April 11th & received 1 item. Have yet to receive the other 2 items. Contacted customer service twice & just told there is a problem with the manufacturer. I really want and need these 2 items so for now, I am waiting.
Website is easy to use. Prices are great. Customer service is excellant and very willing to make things right if there is a problem. I have been very satisfied with each item ordered and you get free shipping on top of it all.
Great site, but a few problems. Our Garmin is not the size that was described and I do not want a so called "Free Year subscription " to a magazine and don't know how to take it off and hope my charge card is not going to be charged. Choxi is a pretty good site for the most part, but the last purchase was not as we thought!
I am very satisfied with almost every one of my purchases. One items was wrongly sized in the description being smaller than actual size and another time, by mistake, Choxi sent me a wrong color in a pair of shoes. The reimbursement has been processed well and the shipments are mailed fast. Thus, I am very satisfied with most of my purchases. Thank you very much.

Seems like the items I have ordered from you have been horrible. The key watch was broken, never worked. Shoes were so uncomfortable, the first pair I thought were going to be nice but we're terrible, the second pair was so cheap, I bought them 2 sizes too big and still couldn't get my foot in them. I also ordered other things sewing machine, sheets that fell apart, I purchased many sheets sets that didn't wash well. Would love to have my money back or better sheets... or I'm done!
I ordered a handbag on April 5 and it still has not shipped! Every time I email Choxi, I get the same exact answer but from a different customer service agent. Today I went on the Choxi website and now I don't see my handbag anywhere. I will NEVER order from this company again. They take your money immediately yet stink at get your merchandise to you.
No contact after 3 weeks. Emails sent an situation reviewed by customer service. Received email after my request to cancel my order. Received an email confirming the cancellation. Next day received email saying order was shipped. Two items were able to be cancelled and refunds received. Had to place order with another site. First time this happened.
So far everything I have ordered has come in a timely manner. All items were as advertised. I had one issue where there was one set that was not shipped though it said it was. It talk one phone call and within 48 hours it was resolved and the item shipped. They have very good customer service.
I have ordered so many diverse items from Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack). I have always been more than satisfied with everything I have bought. I love the hours of free shipping, I wait for those, and everything arrives so fast! I know when I order a gift, it will be here in time.
Choxi always offers interesting items, most at low, very affordable prices... some are quite expensive, so you have the whole spectrum. The people at Choxi are wonderful to deal with and always striving to please... any issue, they're right back at you with a response and it will continue until the matter is resolved and they know you're pleased... I couldn't ask for better customer service.
I find that when I try to order after the free shipping is activated, Choxi server goes down. So I go in Google copy and paste and put my order in. You need to be computer savvy. Thanks to my son who have me on Skype and can walk me through this.
Ordered 3 items - only one appeared with a notice of shipping. Other items were "no information on delivery". One was an iffy health supplement that i was happy to just cancel and get a refund. Yet, when i realized that the refund was being processed, i got an email from the supplier that the shipment was en route - same with the other item... so, all things ordered WERE received and are FINE - but the original communication was "iffy". I guess i understand the various vendors premise under which Choxi does biz but i'd rather know that an item is "pending" vs. "delivery information unknown"... especiallly when i'm billed the FULL amount at the time of "place order" vs. "when shipped".
I ordered some merchandise and I had a problem with the free shipping. When I contacted the customer service at Choxi they explained how certain items cannot be shipped free. They sent me a code for $10.00 credit, so when I order again I can use that towards my next shipping fee.

My tile floors were hard to sweep up all little bit, but this sweeper works perfectly for that purpose. Love it.
Seems to drag on carpet even after pushing carpet mode, but don't care, love love it for the tile floor.

The service is horrible! I placed my order approximately 3 weeks ago for three items; my credit card charge was charged for all 3 items yet only one item has shipped.
When I contacted them the response I received was that is our policy and no you can not cancel your order.
Ordered my grandkids boots for Christmas. As of today January 5,2016 I have not received the boots nor Can Choxi tell me what happened. I've wasted gas going to my local post offices trying to see if they were being held. Im very disappointed. I'm out of two pair of boots and I lost my money ($64.00)!

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
