Some of the things I've ordered have been absolutely wonderful, equal to anything found in department stores. Unfortunately, I've gotten some absolute clunkers; things that have broken after very little wear and tear. Overall, though, more good than bad.

Like to shop on Choxi (nomorerack) for the quality, reasonable/good price, even though occasionally free shipping charge for certain hours, but cannot beat with the lowest shipping fee, and the prompt delivery of the item is excellent.
I've bought many things at Choxi, first when it was Nomorerack. I spent a lot on my orders cause I loved all your items, but the last few months I've tried to buy a few items and I could not check out. Kept on saying that my account has been canceled. So l wrote to customer service and did all they asked me to do. The problem Never was solved! So I just had to stop buying from Choxi. If you can fix my problem I may come back.
I have ordered quite a few times from Choxi, and have had mixed results. Some of the items were not working properly and had to be returned. Others are OK. Right now, I have returned TWICE the same tablet that was not working properly over a month ago and still haven't gotten my refund/credit. When I have had to make a complaint, 3 different agents send me the same email asking for a survey.
I have had good experiences in the past but there's two items that I've ordered recently and did not receive. I didn't receive the item, correspondence regarding the delay in shipping, cancellation of the product, etc. So I really don't know what to think at this point especially with the price of the items that I purchased. Both items were the same type and I believe the same brand but I would have to check to be 100% sure. If that product can't be sold or shipped to my state, there should be consider
Loved nomorerack and wish they didn't sell out to Choxi. Choxi switched someone else's order with mine, but included their shipping label so I could see what happened. Someone in CT has three king size set of sheets. I have nothing, as I used the shipping label to return the queen size sheets sent to me by mistake. I have sent six emails and called twice. They keep saying "we need to escalate this to our manufacturing partner". The finally sent a echeck for $16.80 but they owed me $41.20. Never ever order from them!
My Orion hair dryer arrived in a few days!. It was so much Cooler than I thought, polka dots, in a very nice reusable box, I love the look and it works great.
The smartwatches came a few days later, they were for my granddaughters B'day, for her and her friend to use... 1 worked immediately, the other was dead. Choxi had me return them both and I am waiting for the replacements. This was not choxi's fault, but they stood behind the product... Once I get the replacement, i will let them know if they work or not... I am satisfied at this point.
I have had very good experiences shopping with Choxi. They have things that I'm not able to find at retail stores for an affordable price. I have purchased many things from them. One of the things I like is that if something doesn't fit it can be returned and they can give you a credit or refund your money. Many places make it almost impossible to return items that don't fit. I also like the fact that they give credits to customers who spend spend their money here. I will recommend Choxi to friends and I will continue to shop here.
I received an item that I could not use, despite careful measuring, it was way too small. I called and told customer service my issue, the representative could not have been more understanding and sent me a prepaid return label. She made sure that the label was printed as it should be and then she instructed me on how to package the item and return it.
I received a confirmation from Choxi that they received the item and were processing a full refund, there were no issues and no delays. They said customer satisfaction was their primary goal and clearly, they MEANT it. I have ordered from them before and will do so again, you cannot beat the prices OR the service.
I ordered a number of items and all were ultimately shipped save one---a Wii remote charger with rechargeable batteries. It never made it out of the factory apparently so, alas, it will not be here with us - ever (sniff). That said, Choxi notified me and processed the refund promptly with an apology. I enjoyed my experience with Choxi overall. Thumbs up!
I place an order on 7/24. My credit card was charged immediately in the amount of 114.00. I have not received my order almost six weeks later and the site shows I can't cancel it. I have sent them 6 emails through their customer service site. No response, despite their claims of a 24 hour response. I will never order from them again. Update... I received a full refund from them today.
I would've gave u guys a 5 but the tracking situation could be better... Other than that i have no problems... Even when i did they let me keep my previous items and sents a replacement a. Sap... So just have a little patience people and read reviews before ordering... Thanks choxi and loved no more rack :)
Usually I love the site but the chat customer service has been horrible. They are not answering the question I am asking and using canned responses for a totally different issue. I love my ring I purchased it broke I wanted to know how to get it replaced all they kept saying was we are sorry your not happy with your purchase that is not true I love my purchase. I work in customer service as a supervisor and take chats daily if I spoke to my customer this way I would not have a job very unhappy with my experience.
Have been looking for a jacket that was comfortable for over a year. Had a car accident last January (2015) and have damage in my right shoulder making it hard to put sleeves on, and my winter coat was cut off me in the ambulance. I love my new jacket. So warm and easy to put on! Feels like I'm wearing a teddy bear!
I've been shopping with this site (and its affiliates) for over 2 years, which is rare for me (consistently) because the products I've purchased have (on average) been 85% to my liking. In the beginning, there were a few snafus, but it was the excellent customer service that kept me coming back, time and time again. I enjoy the variety and promotions immensely. I bought a couple of items and like they said they all arrived at different dates and the last one I was sent the wrong shipping info stating that my item was delivered at another state but when I contact choxi's customer service, they search it and sent me the right shipping update. I had my item delivered two days after that. I'm very satisfied the way the take matters when the customer is concerned or worried about the items bought. Would definitely buy again.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
