Well i ordered a necklace with a cross for my wife. I was informed that it had been delivered. It never was and i had to contact the local post office myself to find out what happened. So far nothing has been done.The order is on it's way back to the sender. I at least expect to get a refund.
Most times when I order from Choxi I am very satisfied with the product and service. There are occasions however when it takes a very long time to receive my order! I currently have 2 outstanding orders three weeks old that still have not been shipped. CHOXI customer service has no explanation for the long delay to ship the orders.
I must say this site has been very helpful with any problems I have ever had, which have been very rare. Customer service is very helpful, courteous, and responsive. Prices are really good, so I always search here first before purchasing from anywhere else.
I was double charged for this item and immediately sent an email to Choxi. Although the problem was forwarded to another area, it was resolved very quickly. Customer service has always been very quick to resolve any issue I have had in the past.
The price was very reasonable compared to other web sites plus I received $10.00
Off and free shipping which was fast. I was supplied with a tracking number and was able to keep track of movement from ship date to arrival at my door.
My experience thus far has been good, all problems are resolved quickly and goods are delivered promptly. The only thing I will change is that the site sometimes gives trouble it is very slow to load, if that problem is resolved then the site would be perfect.
I placed a order on 7/21/16. I received only one of my items. I have reached out 3 times about this. To this date 9-5-16, I haven't gotten a response or refund. It only took seconds to get my money. So when I didn't get what I paid for, I really didn't expect them to ignore me. Do yourself a favor don't worry about ordering from them take your money elsewhere. Not worth the one star I gave them. Have to put at least one for the review, to submit.
The ordering processes was quick and easy, pricing was good. However, I found that the delivery of my products took a very long time which I found disappointing, because there are several other sites that I could have ordered from and received my order so much quicker.

I have shopped at Choxi (formerly no more rack) for 3 years now and have been always satisfied with the merchandise. I have had no problem returning some items in the clothes department due to size problems. I suggest getting a size larger than usual especially in the plus size dept. When I have needed assistance I have emailed choxi with questions and their customer service has responded promptly with answers I have needed. The finds on their daily deals are remarkable for the prices and the merchandise is not cheaply made. I sincerely recommend choxi for all kinds of great finds.
I have made multiple purchases from j club and have never been disappointed with my purchases. My most recent purchase was a buy 2 get 1 free email deal. I bought Aspen cologne for men and received my order very quickly. Upon opening the box I noticed that I only had 2 boxes, not 3, as I was expecting from the sale. I called and spoke to Stephanie, who resolved my issue and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchases and the company, which I am. I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future. Thank you for great customer service and making sure that your customers are satisfied. Again, Stephanie went far beyond to help me as I am sure she does for all the customers that she helps. She is an asset to your company and should be recognized as such.
Product was ordered on 12/3, and I was notified that it had been successfully delivered. The USPS tracking indicated that it was left "in or near the mailbox" on 12/26. I was home that entire afternoon, but there was no delivery. It has been suggested that I check with local post office (fat chance of getting any help there!) or ask my neighbors. It's not a big deal, but I am very dissatisfied with this particular interaction. I am a Choxi repeat customer and have been happy in the past.
Every time I have made a purchase from this company I have had great results. Even when I once received a defective item I was completely amazed at the customer service. I was able to talk to someone immediately and I could understand them. They gave detailed instructions to send it back at NO cost!
Out of three to fore years shopping only once was an item not what it was made out to be. I just return it and customer service took care of it. I still shop at the on line store and have a lot of friends & family shop here as well, we all love it.
The item# ******* was ordered on 6/23/2016, and has mat been delivered as of today 7/25/2016 I made two inquireries about the same item already. Is there anybody who actually do the follow ups? Please, don't tell me to wait longer. "Deliver" the item, or give me the credit so we can move on to the next pages. I used to be a happy customer.
Never had a problem receiving what i ordered w/NOMORE RACK... BUT, SINCE Choxi took over i've had several non-delivers of product that i paid for,... some deliveries are very late in arriving if at all... makes me leary about ordering from the site... i still like some of the deals... but, now if i order i have to wait until i get delivery of all my items, before i order again... losing money because of non-delivery... trying to save money... is not good...
Ordered 2 sets of towels and a necklace. Received the necklace but more than a month later I still have NOT received either set of bath towels even though I have emailed AND called. Was told to be patient that my order was sent out for fulfillment. Even after stating to them that according to my order history the status of my order says completed. They had absolutely no problem charging my credit card for the entire order. Just want what I ordered
Ordered three items from Choxi on April 19th and was immediately billed for all three, Delivery to be within 10 to 14 days, I received one small item right away but to date (a month later) have not received the other two items. Choxi support is worthless as all I get are emails telling me my order is being processed. Stay away from this company.
I placed an order on 3/29/2020. Although they immediately charged me, and failed to give my 20% off, they did not "process" my order for 18 days. Now 3 months after processing the order it has still not shipped. In the time in between they have given me 3 separate ship dates. Each passed without the merchandise being shipped. When I called and spoke with them again today they said it would be the first 2 weeks of next month, just as they have said before. Seems to be the standard lie. The customer service person said it was due to COVID. The item supposedly ships from the United States. I requested a refund this time. They sent me an email acknowledging that I requested a refund. In the email they said that the reason it had not shipped was due to unexpectedly heavy sales volume. Yet another lie. All of this time JClub continues to sell the item on their site. That means that they are taking customer's money with absolutely no intention of shipping the item any time soon IF at all! I will NEVER use this company again. Do not waste your time because NOTHING that they tell you will be the truth.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
