I was sold a bill of goods by this company. They never took care of my lawn according to the brochure given to me by the salesman. I had new sod laid in May of 2016 and hired Massey in September. By the next September I had vewry little grass left and had a "lawn" 90% full of weeds. Called them constantly and was always told someone would be there tomorrow--but they seldom came thus giving the weeds a chance to take over my yard. I live in Florida so anyone who hires this outfit is downright crazy!

I've been a customer of Electric Quest for awhile but on Saturday (3/4/2017) I lost electric in my house. I first called EQ for help but was eventually told (after several hours) that they would not come until Monday or Tuesday. This is no help when your refrigerator and freezer do not have power. On top of that when I did find an emergency electrician it turns out that when EQ ran a line for my new oven they screwed up my electric breaker box and now I must have that re done. Mostly the EQ guy who did the work used the WRONG breaker for my box and never fully tightened all the screws causing short circuits and eventually sparking within the box. I am lucky I did not have a house burn down thanks to these clowns!

Ordered three items from Choxi on April 19th and was immediately billed for all three, Delivery to be within 10 to 14 days, I received one small item right away but to date (a month later) have not received the other two items. Choxi support is worthless as all I get are emails telling me my order is being processed. Stay away from this company.
