Love the customer service I have received from my home state of New Jersey. Glad I found them online. Returns are so simple and they work with you. Love their products too.
They also get new products in all the time.
One of the items I ordered did not work not their fault they offered a full refund very nice but not worth the effort. Another item that was ordered over a month ago is still yet to be shipped not good.
I've written I don't know how many emails, asking you NOT to ship two orders, because the wedding had been cancelled, neither had been shipped when I asked. They were however sent. Because they couldn't be delivered, were returned and then resent! I asked you to Please stop, because no one was living at that address now. So here I am, out $50.00, no one got the gifts, and they were probably picked up by anyone seeing them sitting there on the door step! One was a two tear dish rack, and the other was a set of silver wear. I've already sent one of these, so U should know how I feel. Thank you.
I went surfing through the myriad offerings on the $2 closeout page and was tickled to find these amazing 'finger peelers' [no, they don't peel your fingers, but rather are small veggie peelers attached to a silicone base that fit your finger with an expandable ring and make peeling a breeze], for which I'd once paid $6.99 apiece, on sale 6 for $2! What a treat for all the cooks in my family!
I LOVE this site; the deals are amazing and most items come within 10 days... I have purchased a bed, bedding, clothing, watches, jewelry, purses, house ware items from this site. Typically, I will be wearing at least one item from No More Racks/Choxi each day. I am rarely disappointed. I would not recommend this site for electronic goods however since most of them are re-furbished. Also, since they work with many different suppliers; I do not know what the return policy is. Another note; most of the clothing will run small so I typically order one size up; I would say the quality of the clothing is much like Forever 21/H & M/Kohl's... meaning that you should expect a season out of each item.
Also, since I order so much, in the rare situation I have an issue; customer service has always helped me in an effective manner.
I have placed several orders thru Choxi over the last few months. They are like brokers and fulfil thru remote suppliers all over. Every order I have place in the last few months, 4 separate orders, never shipped and were never fulfilled. But instead of them contacting me to inform me the items are out of stock, they continue to sell them anyway and not tell the customers they don't have them. Now they want me to wait almost a week to hear back from the supplier before they'll issue a cancellation order for a refund.
Choxi is one of my go to pages. Lately it seems like they're suppliers aren't following thru w their commitments. I've waited weeks for items to ship & then get notified that my order had to cancelled since the supplier can fill my order again.
I did get two of the Duvet Cover sets. It may be that I did this inadvertantly.
I bought so much it's hard to keep getting pleas to rate everything. Sorry.

Choxi has great prices, but the sizing of garments is inconsistent and unpredictable. I purchased a set of six plus-size fleece-lined leggings in early January. I really liked them; the fit was fine. I liked them so much that I ordered another set two weeks later. But when the second set arrive the sizing was TOTALLY different and they do not fit; they are much smaller. Apparently these came from a different manufacturer. I won't order them again!
I have enjoyed shopping with Choxi for a few years now, They were known to me as Nomorerack back then but the same great offers continued through out the years and no doubt always will... I look at the website every chance I get and have purchased items from jewelry, clothing, footwear, assesories and home goods not forgetting electronics and I have been very pleased with all my purchases... When I had to return an item for another size the customer service staff were very helpful! So yes I've been very happy with Choxi...
Overall very satisfied with Choxi. The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because some products did not live up to their writeups. In fact, the products came to me damaged or fell apart after one use and Choxi does not offer any returns! I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise and have been extremely pleased with Choxi's Customer Service. I wish Choxi would be more particular about the quality of merchandise they carry, if not, then offer some compensation for the terrible products that do slip by merchandisers.
My final comment would be is Buyer Beware. Sometimes Choxi products at a low low price really are not worth it! Help us Choxi, you are very good at most products and pricing and I really would like to continue to buy from you!
I've had very good luck with everything I have bought on Choxi. From a Blu Ray DVD player to multiple Bluetooth speakers, and some clothing, all items that I've bought have been great. The ease of ordering has been great. I'm very satisfied.
Exceptional customer service. Good quality I ordered my daughter-in-law The leggings. She loved them. I have told all my friends about Choxi. I have been shopping online with Choxi former nomorerack for four years now and have not been disappointed, I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was told about Choxi by a relative when I was out of work and on a tight budget. I have been ordering from Choxi (Nomorerack) for about two years now. I have never had a back experience. I always receive exactly what I ordered, good quality and affordable prices. My orders are always delivered within a timely manner and I am always kept up-to-date on delivery expectations. I had one return and It was accepted with no question.
I'm glad I was told about your site. I love it and check it often for sale events.
Items received in a timely matter. My only suggestion would be to put some kind of packing material at top of box or warn not to open with sharp object. When I opened the box, I cut into the plastic bag holding the bedspread. Fortunately, the bedspread was not damaged.
Although there have been glitches and a few errors and I'm waiting for a refund, these people are so nice they make you forget that stuff.
They work hard to make things right, which I hope happens soon because I need the money on the 2 sensor lights I returned in February. I just located my postal receipt, so I can now contact them and get going on it.
The $2 shipping per item in unbeatable. I ordered a clothes rack (or tree) and it cost $2 to ship. Sometimes they have 3 hour blocks of free shipping.
I recently took a survey on the aquamarine earrings in sterling that I bought. These also have to go back as the size and color do not match. As these are packaged and come in a velveteen bag, it is up to the mfgr. To catch those errors.
It sounds like I'm full of complaints, but no. Earrings, a bracelet, clothing, kitchenware, and things I now just use everyday have come from Choxi. The website is a stroll through fun. What's next?
I ordered a back brace size s/m. Got it, very small. My tweezers with the lazer light batteries in 1 of them r dead. Then you take my 10$ off of 40$ purchase because I had to exchange them for a smaller size. Pairs of shoes@ 29$ Each still above the total. I should keep my 10$ off my order.
I ordered sheets that came very fast & they are excellent quality. I will be ordering from your site again. I just hope that when I do you have the stretch slip covers for the sofa again I went to order that yesterday only to find out that it was not available. Please bring that product back fast.

I ordered the "Cold Weather Tunics" and was surprised that first of all, they were very thin; NOT for upstate NY weather, and secondly, each tunic had a different neck line. I ordered the same tunic but in two different colors. One was correct (mock cowl neck) while the other had a different neck line all together. My first time ordering this product, I received a shirt that was no where near what I ordered. I returned it to only receive a credit which I used to re-order two more hoping they would be correct.
I've purchased a lot of merchandise from this company and this is the first time I was disappointed.
I haven't been to a shopping mall or store in months. They have anything and everything you want. I've bought generators, tools, toys, clothes, makeup, suitcases and all my Christmas presents! The quality of everything is excellent. I have never been disappointed with the products I've bought. They are the ONLY site I check every day. Choxi I love you!

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
