Great so far!

Already wrote another review for jCub elsewhere. Was reluctant to purchase since things didn't go well from the site before them, Choxi and I wrote them of my concerns. They were great about getting back to me and being very understanding and helped me with my concerns. I joined up, made a purchase, had an issue but they cleared it right up immediately! They really stand behind their products and care about their customers! Not many companies do, as I know all too well! Also received a free gift after my first purchase. So as I said, so far it is a great place to shop! Plan on shopping more.

A good Christmas

I ordered a few things for Christmas. I was very concerned on the quality. There was only one item that was a disappointment. I rely on company's online cause I am disabled and limited income. I have three children and 7 grandchildren. So it's important for me to buy excellent quality at a good price. So for me Choxi did it. Thank you, God bless

Reliable and accurate

Big fan of Choxi (nomorerack) products are as described great prices and arrive in good time. The shipping $2 is good, but that is per item and can get pricy when purchasing multiple items. Better when there is a free shipping deal. They always have interesting and useful products. This purchase was a nuwave style table top oven. Roasted a chicken and veg dinner in the middle of a heatwave with out heating the whole house. Worth every penny. Will definitely use this site frequently.

Wait time for an order
April 19, 2016

Contacted Choxi regarding an order I placed on March 13,2016. I ordered two items - one of which I received in a good timeframe. The second one, I just received an email two days ago that it had shipped. The response I received from my request was "you will receive an email when your merchandise is shipped and will be able to track it". Since I am a frequent Choxi customer I already knew that procedure. My question was why it took so long for the sheets to be shipped.

AWESOME DEALS... LOVE THE COUPONS!

I tried several times to order from Choxi... even before it became Choxi... and my order would always fail. Finally, there was an item I really needed, at a great deal, so I contacted customer service. Within minutes my order went through and there hasn't been a problem since. Everything I've bought has been spot on. From placing orders through to timely delivery and receiving good quality products, I highly recommend Choxi. As a plus, the times there are no shipping fees and the many coupons I receive, also give me incentive to continuue to shop with Choxi. Get on board folks and take advantage of their great deals!

Toothbrushes meaning plural
July 23, 2016

Unfortunately, I placed an order for multiple toothbrushes and only received one and made various calls regarding the other toothbrush that was not delivered. Almost two months later I find out the other toothbrush can not be delivered due to terms of the company no longer having the quantity. Not very customer friendly

Great Stuff

I was a member when Choxi was No more Rack and I will continue to be one. The
Merchandise is great. The items are plentiful with a great price tag. I have purchased quite a few items for me, my husband and our home. We have been more than satisfied with all of it. I make sure I go through the whole site at least once a week. My friends check out something I bought and want to know where I got it. Strangers stop my husband and want to know what brand of shoes he is wearing. I purchased Dawgs for him and he now has 4 pairs and absolutely loves them. Wonderful site and well worth the time to check it out.

Problem solved
February 23, 2018

I ordered three items and only two showed up. I received an email telling me all items had been delivered. When I said they were not, I received a very prompt response and within a day the missing item was shipped.
I'm very satisfied with customer service and prices here are the best.

Love shopping this website. There are so many items to chose from and the quality of the items I have purchased is excellent. Sometimes after receiving an item, I'm so impressed with the quality I want to order it again but it's not available at that time. Don't have second thoughts like me. Be sure to order when you see something you want. It may not be there the next time.

Great place to shop

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good

I ordered 4 items that were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. All were for my daughter that was visiting from another state. Two items arrived, 2 did not. I got them after Christmas and had to mail them to her which cost me another $5.75. I was very disappointed. I received no apology. I like shopping from Choxi, I just wish they would not misrepresent their facts.

Giving up!

I ordered three silver bracelets which never arrived. After numerous emails and phone calls, I was finally given a credit for them. I then ordered jewelry which also never arrived. I am through with Choxi. I didn't even request a refund because I'm done with the frustration of contacting you and I don't want to place another order through you! I will never order again. You definitely made money on me!

I can't remove the one stare above. How about a -5. Would have too be my rating. Still waiting for my refund as of 07/2015.

As a HR Director, for a large Hospital, The employee under me with the attitudes, lack of experience in working with the public/clients. One, would not be working for me nor the hospital. No amount of training would be available too them.

Please remove the one stare above.

Received a e-mail from the FTC, office, as well as one from Your Attorney General, asking for my information to be sent, so they can further the investigate my clams.

If I do not have the Money Order by Thursday, 08/21/2015, this matter will be out of my hands.

Good start, but it is not going well

I had a very good experience with nomorerack.com but as time passes I feel things are getting worse. After 2 weeks i sent an email indicating that I haven't received 3 items from my last order. The support group is very nice, and, I received 2 items in couple of days latter. But after 3 weeks still I haven't relieved the final one. Meanwhile the prices are getting higher I can find the same products in other places sometimes for less. Universal Mobile Device Holder with Suction Cup Mount was a disaster it broke before I use it very bad quality. And still I am waiting for Digital Handheld Luggage Scale to recieve.

Easy site to shop.

It is always easy to shop with Choxi and customer service is very customer friendly. I have bought a couple of items that were not as good as described and I wish Choxi would check their merchandise out before they sell them. I have had health issues and haven't been able to return items that didn't work as described so I am disappointed in the quality of some of their products.
