Most of the products have been reasonably priced. I like the promo codes because it prompts me to buy from the site. I've used it each time. Their customer service is good. Only had to return one product that was DOA. I emailed and they responded very promptly.
I loved Choxi and was sad when it closed... I was happy to find Jclub in it's place. Good selection of items just as described and free shiipping/returns! So far it has been GREAT! Even sent a surprise gift for my first purchase;-)
I've been shopping on Choxi since it was NoMoreRack. It used to be an incredible service, but on my latest order, only one item arrived within the shipping timeframe. The other wasn't even listed as having been shipped. I contacted customer service to find out what was going on, and got crappy 'cut 'n paste' answers about waiting even longer with no information coming. Finally, a MONTH after I ordered my items, the final bit arrived. However, the crappy customer service and lack of follow up on their end has this as my last purchase from the site. The discounted prices are great, but not at the cost of actually getting my items.
Just awful! They take your money and string you along for months that they will someday ship your items. Big waste of time. They are blaming covid however they are clearing not shipping anything! Out of 10 items I've ordered nothing shipped. Ultimately I had to contact my bank. Stay away! Don't be fooled by their sales!
I made a purchase and unfortunately had to return it because of a wrong size. The return process was so easy thanks to a super fast response from customer service via email. I was given all the info and returned my item. Within a week I had my refund in my account along with follow-up emails thanking me for being a customer! I plan on keeping my eyes open for more great deals and making my purchase with JClub.
Choxi does indeed present opportunities to their customers to find bargains [hundreds of them] that tempt when resistance is low and want takes over need; I developed a problem that needed to be addressed. I had to close the site for my own good. The quality of the products offered was in the mid to upper range for most items. The time offered for canceling orders was next to none if you wanted to check reviews. When products arrive there are no directions or warranties with the merchandise. Choxi does an okay job of following through with Customer Service. I have learned a few good lessons regarding self restraint and online buying.
I have got killer deals on Choxi. The shipping is why I shop this site. Customer Service is exceptional. Love week nights when shipping is free for 3 hours. Check it out! I am a bargin rat. Wish they would get the price tag gun again. Never had to send anything back.
I bought a colorful bedspread set from Choxi for $45, but on the very first wash following directions exactly in cold water it faded to a sad hint of its former glory. The best that Choxi could do was offer $10 in store credit. Noticed that Foxy Choxi does not have customer reviews on their site!
I have placed several orders since June and received only one in the last 3 months. When I called the first time, I was told they were "processing" it. When I called back to complain, I was given credit on my choxi account. So, being trusting, I ordered several more items to clear up my credit balance. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, I sent customer service an email and never got a response. Now, calling at 11:00am on a Wed, the company recording says the office is closed and to call back Mon-Fri from 9-6 EST. They just keep taking orders and keep your money. Buyer beware------don't buy from them.
Great customer service. I sent jClub an email asking them to help me fix something that I had done wrong when ordering and I received an answer/solution/fix within a few minutes (high 5 to Adam!). I have never had that kind of customer service from a on-line business. I appreciate the quick response and will certainly continue to do business with them. I feel they stand behind their promise to give great customer service. Thank you jClub.
I wish I would have read the reviews... I placed an order late July, it is now the second week of September, still no order. You call, they never answer, the recording says they are closed. Customer service has yet to respond to my request to cancel the order. I too ordered before when it was NoMoreRack, and they were great. Choxi SUCKS! It's a scam, I tried to check on my order and they couldn't tell me anything when I was actually able to reach the live chat. I'm just thankful that I didn't order more stuff from them. (and this site makes you put at least one star to rate them!) They are worth a negative 10 stars!
This retailer sells low quality merchandises but at high price. I bought a few times and very disappointed of the low quality. Also its return policy sucks as they won't do anything until they received your return, and there is no guarantee of anything,
Also I wrote some reviews but they never post them due to none perfect rating, therefore all these nice 5-star posting are probably fake ones. Overall they suck.
The little 7" Zeepad is a 4.4 Android Wifi touch screen. I take it every where. Even with the pre loaded games very entertaining. My 4 year old grandson loves it, so much. Comes with every thing you need to get started. Great product for the price.
I've found a lot of great bargains with Choxi. The shipping cost is reasonable, and, usually my order is delivered quickly. Occasionally, I've come across products that are described as "available in extended sizes," but, after clicking on the picture, it turns out that they're only available in XS to XL. And, once, I was unable to order a t-shirt that I wanted because the pulldown menu for "color" didn't have any choices to select.
I did not want the eyelashes anyway. But the other three orders; 3pc. Bath set, lace shape panties, and boys shirt; I do not think you have done everything to get me these items. Look in order review for items numbers yourself.
Said they had my items available. I ordered 4 shirts and only 1 was the correct size. After a lengthy phone call with their customer service I sent 3 shirts back for exchange. Well they ended up refunding me because apparently they never had the shirts in my size to begin with. (Website STILL says they have them in stock. WTF Choxi?) Terrible experience. Be careful, many of the reviews on this site look faked.
Most items I purchase have a long delivery time due to shipping from overseas. I did have a problem with one product that when I told them they immediately sent an RMA ticket and once they received it there was a credit on my account. So although not perfect, pretty close.
Ordered five or more times-started fine. On two occasions product did not arrive, both were gifts, when I contacted them they were prompt and friendly but was told product was not available. Left me in a bind for a wedding gift, especially since no one contacted me to tell me they weren't available. Suggested they pull the items off of their site. Should also know when an order is placed that they will not be able to fulfill the order. A bit hesitant to order again. Still waiting for a delivery of an item ordered 5 weeks ago. However, I have been informed it has shipped.
The above order never arrived and after contacting Customer Service I was told that the handbag was no longer available from the manufacturer but I had never been notified of such. I then received three different emails telling me how I would receive my credit with different details. It ended up crediting my account. I then ordered another handbag to replace this original order on March 27 and to date this is the 14th business day and my order has not been received nor have I had any communication from Choxi. Their claim is that orders should be received in 10-14 business days and the buyer is sent a shipping notice which has never happened. They're forcing me to start shopping elsewhere.
I am a fairly loyal customer of Choxi. This time I ordered three items. One item I did receive and it was perfect--a present for my daughter on Mother's day. However, the two other items that I ordered have been shipped and I have heard nothing about them. I have complained to Choxi, but they have not responded.
Choxi did respond and this was resolved to my ultimate satisfaction. I am still a very happy Choxi customer! Thank you!

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
