Jeggings were very poorly made with bad zippers on pockets. The front zipper closing was bad... hard to zip. Pocket zippers kept coming unzipped then one broke. Choxi gave me a refund but I still haven't received it.
I stumbled across the site early Dec. 2015. I couldn't believe my eyes, a vast array of merchandise all at super low, never before seen, prices. Too good to be true, I said. Well, let me tell you, after my first medium sized order and checking other sites, I was soon placing another order. Then another, I couldn't stop. On some items, the prices were so low, I just had to buy figuring I would find someone to gift. There were a few minor problems, an item out of stock, a couple items taking what seemed like an eternity to arrive but all my concerns handled by the Choxi team, friendly and quickly. Everything you could possibly need is here. Thank you, Choxi, I have been telling everyone about your fantastic site. Keep up the good work.
I love the site. The only thing is returns are hard. I'm an older person and they sent the label on my phone. I had to find a printer. Then there's several more steps. It's difficult for people who aren't tech savvy.
I'd never heard of Choxi, saw I became intrigued when seeing the site tagged on Facebook. I looked into the site, saw some of their products and associated prices and thought "these have got to be seconds or reconditioned products". On further look, I saw nothing indicating that these great, name brand, current & POPULAR items were anything other than new, so I purchased 2 items. My order arrived 4 days later (fast shipping/low shipping charges), and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Both items were better than expected, and I happened to research one of my items a bit more (after I had it in hand)... found out the regular MSRP was 71% more than what I paid at Choxi! Now, I might be a bargain hunter, but I won't settle for low quality, slow shipping or poor service. I encountered none of this with Choxi... quite to the contrary. I highly recommend Choxi... this might become your new "go-to" shopping website... it is mine!
After a 2 month wait on 2 items out of 3 ordered I gave up and cancelled them. I also unsubscribed to their emails. No sense in buying anything when you can't get it. One item did arrive a Plantronics Blue Tooth which I am very happy with but the other who knows where they are. Certainly Choxi doesn't. But customer service treats you with respect and I was given a full refund. But not shopping here any longer
It's been over a month and some of the items that I ordered still have not been received. I was told by customer service that these items are being mailed separately and I would be advised by mail once they are available, but a month seems like an excessive amount of time to wait for delivery.
I only had one problem with all of the things that I have purchased with Choxi and they gave me a small but nice rebate discount to use on any purchases I will make. So far all that I bought including sheets three sets I purchased and they are very comfortable to sleep on. Wash and dry well. So I really am pleased with what I have received over the months since I joined. Give it a try I am sure you will like the stuff as much as I have.
I ordered several items from jClub including aromatherapy oils, sandals, sterling silver earrings and other items. Despite one glitch which was speedily resolved, I like all the products I've ordered; nor have I had to return anything. If there's a problem with your order, customer service is most amenable to finding a solution. I'm prepping an order as we speak.
I love Choxi. I have purchased several, very high quality, items from them and have always been very satisfied. When I did get one item that was not of the highest quality, they refunded my money with no problems and were glad that I brought up this defect. I love their daily e-mails with new offerings.
Delivery time is longer than expected; follow-up emails aren't sent until an inquiry is made; I was sent the wrong item for items that had multiple choices (this happened to me twice). They charge your account right away before items are shipped, as you wait and wait for follow-ups. Not sure if I will order again.
It seems since the new year, Choxi's selection and delivery has diminished. For my last 6 orders, I've had to follow up with them. Average delivery is close to 20 days, not the stated 7-15.2 of my orders could not be fulfilled (I wasn't advised until I sent a follow-up email). One order was completely incorrect. Sent email in March still no reply as of today.
To their credit they immediately give me credit for future purchases, but I'm hesitant because of my recent experience.
I don't recall these issues with the original company, NOMORERACK.
I have been pleased with my experience on the Choxi website. Some products are of lower quality than I may have been expecting, but the deals are so good that I can't really complain. The shipping is prompt and I love the low flat-rate, and oftentimes free, shipping costs. The loyalty program is great. I often receive offers of free shipping, percentage off, or money off of the total cost. These extra deals/offers often entice me to shop.
I have had the BEST experience with Choxi! I've ordered from them several times, and it's always been perfect! The products come as described. They arrive when I've expected them. Their customer service is also stellar! I will continue to order from them as long as their in business!
I've had recent experience with another mail-order company--WISH--that was a NIGHTMARE! Not only did they charge me for several I had put in my basket and NOT completed my order, but they also were responsible for fraud on my bank account! What an experience!
Choxi as a customer for life!
Lots of variety and products are constantly being updated/added. Easy to use. Would like to see more high quality products with greater markdowns. It would be helpful if initial product descriptions contained important information, such as a refurbished product, or faux (e.g., PU leather).
Love the earrings - the stones are beautiful, the size is actually a little bigger than I thought they would be. Perfect for nice dress, look good with more casual jeans, etc. too. This site makes it possible for me to buy things I couldn't otherwise afford easily. And the customer service is wonderful.
I ordered a photo machine and waited about a month called and asked about it was told they did not have one yet. Told them ok I would wait after a few weeks was told they could no longer get this product gave me credit and I believe a 10 dollar discount on my next purchase.My opinion customer should be informed if there is a problem getting the order from the first week on and told what is going on with the order. This is just my thoughts for your company did not really bother me but bet there are people out there that will be unhappy with that. Just for your info I did not have a big problem with it.
I've never had problem with this site up until 5 months ago. I'm finding that my orders are not being delivered. There's no notification about the status of my orders. Everytime I send a message to find out the status, I get that genetic message the orders come from a third party and once the status is confirmed I can't cancel it or something to that degree. First it's extremely inappropriate if I'm requesting status a month later and getting that message. Second, I do appreciate the quick response and resolution to my problem. At the end is the day, I'm just getting frustrated with the situation.
My experience has been wonderful. Everything I buy get here fairly quick and the quality of the products is great. I haven't had to send anything back so I'll be doing alot more shopping here since I don't like going down town anymore.
Did not receive any information after 89/08/2015 placement of purchase. Not able to track. Received X-Hose a week ago. Then Magnetic Posture Support on08-20-15 with EMail entry that the order has shipped. Also final purchase was $40.00 f or both items, However, EMail states $50.00 purchase. What up? I was given a $10.00 credit on original EMail.
The experience of shopping on line with Choxi has been just what I want. It's easy to find what I'm looking for... The quality is fine... shipping inexpensive, on time & in perfect condition. Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
