My entire did not arrive and getting credit back after weeks of waiting. The item I ordered is still advertised on the site but manufacturer could not supply it. I ordered when no more rack with no issues.
I have shopped on Choxi for years and even made friends and family customers as well. The prices are great, as well as the 3 hours of free shipping a day and the coupons sent to the VIP customers. Their customer service is phenomenal! Truly. It's easily the fastest and best customer service team I've ever dealt with, and I do a great deal of online business. My only complaint would be how slow the shipping is, but at those prices with free shipping it can easily be overlooked
I am pleased with all aspects of Choxi - their product selection & low prices and shipping. I also really like the free shipping and discounts they periodically offer. Also, every item has been received promptly and good condition.
Love the love seat cover I ordered from Choxi. It covers my beige love seat & keeps away stains. The fact tha itt is reversible is another plus as well as getting 2 of them. Now I have 4 covers. Thank you for your dependable service. Will continue shop with you.
I have never had a problem when looking for items of interest. Easy to choose from selections posted, easy to navigate the purchasing system, and prompt delivery. I don't recall ever returning a purchase.

I ordered 2 items and have only received one so far. The order was made on May 16,2016 and now it's 6-15-16. I have sent email and not had time to receive answer. Otherwise, I've always had very good service from Choxi. I order often.

I have been buying a lot. I get great deals and low cost shipping.
Recently my last orders were 30 days late. I still have one order to come. I have used the tracking system before and it was spot on.The last of my (late orders) still hasn't arrived and tracking wont work.it says error all the time.
In the past everything was (to me) perfect.

You can always depend on quality products when you order from Choxi. They always tell you upfront that it may be a while before the products but boy, is it worth the wait. To top that, they have a top notch customer service department. I even made the mistake of ordering from another e-mail and they caught it, placed my order on hold, called me for verification and then sent my order straight away.
It has been some time now since I ordered two different items. One--BHP socks--was delivered within scheduled time. The other item still has not seen the light of day in Ohio--the Hanes underwear. Nor have I heard from the seller or Choxi regarding the status of this item.

My car trunk organizer was a BIG hit with my daughter and my friend who had never seen them, and loves the cooler in the middle for her meats and ice cream. She wants one for her daughter and her son. It was a BIG hit. I have nothing but good things to say about Choxi and tell all my friends.
I ordered 2 items. I received one quickly and the other never came. On the website it said my order was completed. I gave it 14 days and wrote to Choxi. They were not aware that the partner business had not shipped it. They got back to me and explained that there was an overwhelming response to the item and were not able to fill the order. It would have been nice that they told me or gave me credit right away. I had to contact them. How many other people are still waiting for their items? Yes, I did receive a credit for the item, in another 5 days. I would have rather had the item. Really hesitate ordering from them again. I hope that with the name change and it's expansion, that the service is not changing as well.
I love shopping on Choxi. I can literally find anything on this site. I have spread the word to many people; it has become an addiction with them as well! I like the fact that the shipping is so low priced; that is the reason I hesitate to order from some online stores. There's always something new and fun on Choxi.
On one of my latest orders there was one item I never received instead of notifying me I had to look into it to find that the company it was coming from could not fulfill the order. Why didn't Choxi let me know, I had been waiting forever. At least the refund was forthcoming. Hopefully there won't be a next time.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
