While shopping your site picking out a few things then going to checkout I was surprised at how much more my total was than I expected it to be. So not being able to delete my order just had to leave it and let it time out. You have many nice things on you site and I spent lots of time looking but was really disappointed when seeing my total price. I feel sure I will not be shopping with you'll again
I had ordered several items for Christmas gifts that were promised to be delivered before Christmas and they were not. I was very disappointed. I had contacted customer service. I had give them the tracking numbers but the item still did not get shipped until yesterday 1/4/16. They really did not do anything exceptional like maybe expedite the order, just told me they would let management know so I felt like they did not go over and beyond to satisfy the customer.
I placed an order in Feb. But didn't receive it so I contacted Choxi customer service and they answered back right away and found out why I didn't get the order. And told me I would be getting a refund in 5-7 days. I am waiting to get the refund on my credit card. I was very pleased how everything was taken care of.
I placed an order over a month ago on 4/1/16. I purchased three items at the same time. I have only received one of those items. I have made two calls to Choxi and the general message was an apology and just to wait a little while longer. It has been well past the 10-14 business days they said it would talk for items to be shipped. It looks like I will have to make a third call to Choxi and get a refund because I don't think I will ever receive the items I purchased.
This is the second time (in a row) that I place an order and it gets partially filled, and then an item doesn't get delivered. On both instances I used a discount coupon from choxi with a minimum purchase--I wonder if this was the reason? I also wonder if I get the benefit of the discount--remember this is not due to fault on my part? I have neither received the last item in my order nor have I received a credit/refund from choxi for not being able to fulfill the purchase order. Please look into this matter--let's make it right, guys! It's kinda hard to continue to order through choxi when situations like these arise frequently.
I have had a great experience with Choxi. Every once in a while they send me an email giving me $10 off any order over $30, and sometime free shipping for the next 3 days. I don't always need things right then, but usually they have the things I need at the cheapest prices.
There are some items that's not worth the price and there are items that I did not expect. In other words, it looked better on the website than actually seeing it in person. Customer service does a good job when it comes to mix up. Above all, I'm happy with most of the items.
This is a nice size tote with a cross body strap, as well as the regular handles. The material and craftmanship are better than expected and the color (watermelon) is beautiful! The price was awesome for $29.00. The purse arrived in a timely manner and I will order again from Handbag Republic on Choxi.
I have nothing but good things to say about Choxi. I love their wide variety of products and the prices are always great. On the couple occasions that I had to contact customer service they were very prompt and kind. My only thing that I could wish for would be faster shipping but other than that I love Choxi!
I order regularly from Choxi and always have a good experience. Except for the time they would not give me two referral credits I had earned. I called to inquire and was told the two referrals came from the same I. P. address which I explained was impossible because my two friends live 45 miles apart and have never met each other. I was still denied.
Items are good quality and priced reasonable. It just takes a long time to get stuff. Some items get to you quick others take over a month. Return process is fine but if you get the wrong color or size you have to decide if you really want it because most likely the item Wil no longer be available.
It takes over two weeks for shipping... there in NY not China... This is horrible. I ordered on 12/11/15 in the early morning. And I have to wait 2 weeks for shipping and then wait for delivery. I contacted customer service and they were NO HELP. Only kept telling sorry we can't help you. I wanted my order cancelled but they tell me I can't. This is my first time using Choxi.com and it will be my last.
I have been a customer for some time and have ordered many items, bedding, shoes, vacuum, many clothes. I have been totally very satisfied, however it just happened that after the change to Choxi I have experienced inferior items. One was a pair of shoe that had no backing on the inside heel. The gobs of glue was exposed. So I just threw them away even though I could have sent them back. I have limited my shopping.
I've been ordering from Choxi for awhile now and have always been satisfied. The one time I had a problem, Choxi immediately refunded my purchase price. As long as Choxi continues to offer unbeatable deals and great customer service I will continue buying from them.

I think they would be better off telling you up front that it might be months before you get your order, and oh, by the way, we can't get in touch with our "trading partners" and tell you why it is taking so long. I have been happy with most of the items I get but after a couple of months of waiting, I tend to get frustrated.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
