I order a set of 10 replacement pads for a TENS unit and a 3 pair set of slipper socks on October 6,2015. Also, if I remember correctly, I ordered a beautiful dark teal blue leather purse for only $ 39.99. My order arrived earlier than expected and I am pleased with the overall quality and fit of the items. I love my new purse and always tell family and friends that I order from Choxi.com. I'm sure that there will be many more purchases from me in the future.
Entirely due to my own fault, for having returned the item by the postal service, I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem. But your very competent staff are looking into the matter for me, and assure me that it will be resolved as soon as possible.
I ordered something on March 1,2016 and as of March 29,2016 They still haven't sent me a tracking number. This was my fist time to order with this company. I am giving them to April 1,2016. If not received by then I will cancel and expect a full refund.
Everything I ordered was top quality. So far everything has lasted over a year which is really great since I have several people using the items I purchased. I love just checking out the site and I always find something I like or "just have to have". Thanks Choxi.
Some of my purchases have worked out, but unfortunately the negative outweigh the positive. I understand that with internet shopping returns happen, but with Choxi I have had three defective purchases within the last six months. I find that a little high for my taste. However, they keep sucking me back with there $10 off a thirty dollar purchase offer. I'm a sucker for a good sale.
I love shopping at Choxi. Their prices are awesome, and with a flat delivery fee of $2.00, you can't beat it. However, this last time has left me a little jaded. I ordered three items, and all of them were shipped separately. One item came within the first week of ordering. The second item, I received an email about a week later, saying it had been shipped. The third item, I received an email 3 weeks later saying it had been shipped, and I received it the same day. I'm still waiting on the second items to arrive. Yes, I've written Choxi's customer service, and I'm waiting on a reply. I don't think this is really Choxi's fault, it's the supplier's fault. But, because of this, I don't think Choxi should say items will be delivered in two weeks when after three, I still don't have all my items.
Was trying to get more information on the status of my order which was made in early March; received 1 of the 3 items ordered. The answer provided was no different than what I saw online, and to date I still have not received the other 2 items ordered or a status/apology for the delay in getting those items to me. Very disappointed & dissatisfied customer now.
There have been a number of times I order advertised items, only to find out weeks later some of suppliers cannot deliver what I ordered. If you order more than one of an item., these suppliers will send one, but will not explain or credit you for the missing item until you make an inquiry as to what happen. Certain brand names, I'm reluctant to order from.
I ordered two items at the end of April. We received one a month later and the other we are still waiting for (this is June 14). When it was NoMoreRacks we could depend on the merchandise coming in a timely fashion, but since Choxi took over we have been very disappointed. The quality of the merchandise is the same (pretty good), but the service is not.
I ordered last 07/24/16. I usually get my order fast. Now, I am very disappointed. I tried emailing them multiple times and never responded to my email. I was just robbed $150. Money was taken out, orders never received. Tried calling them, I was on hold for 30 mins and never able to speak to a live person. When it was nomorerack, I've had great experience. I am just so disappointed. I hope no other person will be a victim of this scam.
It would be helpful (on Ratings to show item instead of Order No). This was over a month ago and I can't recall. If it was for the Kimberly waist item... I had to contact customer service at least 6 times before I was allowed to return item at my expense. I was, however, reimbursed. It was much easier to deal with customer service when company was Nomorerack. Thus, I have not ordered anything since.
I purchased numerous items around 6/12/2016 and contacted Choxi 7/23/2016 indicating that waiting a month and a half was unacceptable. Choxi responded:
**All of our products are shipped directly to you from our network of manufacturing partners. We can assure you that were doing everything we can to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your continued patience.
Choxi needs to inform customers if there are such long lead times for delivery of items. Unfortunately you would probably see a reduction in orders if customers knew that.
I may never order through Choxi in the future because of the long wait for my purchase.
Although the products may have good prices, their customer service is terrible. On more than one occasion, when their order was received, the invoice would list the items sent and there would be a missing item. I would try to contact customer service,(good luck with that), to let them know an item missing. They would then tell you the item was sent because it was listed on the invoice. I then would explain that I did not receive it, and then again get the same answer. It would go back and forth to the point of exasperation and in the end, I never received a replacement and basically got ripped off. There have been many other encounters with their lack of customer service, however I there isn't enough space to write about it.
The woman I bought the bracelets for absolutely loves them! She now has 4 of them so she can have some on both arms. Very satisfied with my experience with Choxi. Great prices and fast shipping. Will do business with them again
I ordered from them recently, not only did I get my order quickly and inexpensively, they sent me a gift just for trying them. So far I am happy with their service and I will definitely use them again. Thank you JClub.com
I love this it fits perfect across our sink. Makes it real nice to just wash whatever dishes I just used and dry them.

I bought furniture protectors from Choxi. According to the picture it says two pack! I only received one. They were rude and were ok to just let me go as a customer. Fine by me Amazon is way better and customer friendly.
Most orders go smoothly and are shipped promptly.
Once in a while, as with all company's orders, there's a mistake. Choxi is very accommodating on exchanges or credits. Sometimes the item is very inexpensive and just not worth the hassle of returning.
I have already saved a good bit of money buying products that I always use from Choxi at a price not found even at discount stores. Product selection is huge and shipping is always like waiting for a Christmas present to arrive.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
