I've ordered multiple times through Choxi and have always received quality products at a greatly reduced price. I appreciate the quick turn around from order time to time shipment is received. I definitely will order through this company again.
I have had a couple of experiences that required assistance from customer service in recent months. One required getting a refund and the other was a request for information. In both cases, they responded promptly and resolved my issues.
I ordered 2 things from Choxi and only received 1 of them. The item that has not come has never been shipped but I have already paid for it. I think Choxi should not have taken my money until the item had shipped. I was told by Choxi they are in contact with the manufacturer and they will let me know when item will be shipped. It is exactly one month today that the item has been purchased so all I can do is wait
Item purchase has far exceeds my expectations. I was very leery about purchasing the telephone at such a low prize when everywhere else the cost was higher even for. A refurbished item and at the time it was important to save money. As with everything else I have purchased from your website I had no reason to doubt any product. So far I have had no regrets for any purchases. I could not be more happy.
It is easy to pick and order what you want. However, lately it is taking longer to get my purchase. I have some items sent right away then some have not come yet or were refunded because they were unable to be filled. I would then choose something else and still have a long wait for my items. It sucks because I recommend this site to everyone because of the usual great deals and fast delivery.
I am so happy with the dress and boots I purchased from Choxi! Very easy to use your site. It took less than one week for my items to arrive. The dress arrived first, followed two days later by the boots. The fit of both items were spot on. I have already recommended Choxi to several friends who also fell in love with my boots.

Ordered Dawg Boots in Navy and am very pleased with them. Size 6 is a little big as I usually wear size 5-6. However I can work with that, more socks, liners.
Order came in a very timely manner and was kept updated to mailing status.
I have bought clothes from Choxi.com many times and will continue. The quality of the clothes is excellent. My first order was a pair of a Salmon color Leggings with a black band and buttons. I absolutely love them, so I bought 3 more pairs. Also bought a Bathing Suit. LOVE IT Also, if you don't like what you buy, just return no questions asked.
Ordered a two-pack of stereo Bluetooth headphones, but after charging them fully, one of them presented sound from the left ear only, and the other one presented only mono sound (no stereo). As everyone knows, Choxi items are not returnable. The packaging had to be cut open and the headphones had to be charged, paired, and tested. Even if I DID send them back, it would cost me too much in shipping charges. Why sell defective items?

I placed an order 1 month ago for 2 items. Received one of them in 5 days and as of today I still haven't received the other. I have emailed customer 3 times requesting delivery and I get the same answer. Waiting on someone to let them know when the item is to be shipped.
Ordered some garden lights with 3 other items on April 3. Have received everything but the lights. Sent a request for update no response. Where is it? Will not order anything else until I get a response. Paid for this a month ago. Thanks for nothing.
I like the shopping site very much. Lots of nice things I would never see if I were in the department stores. Mostly buy as gifts for my family and friends. I did however buy myself the Steven Craig dresses. Comfortable and since they're solid colours, I can add my own vibe.
I was apprehensive about purchasing from jClub after being left without receiving either my order or refund when prior company just disappeared. I tried ordering anyway a few items and was very pleased. I needed to return one of the items and I received return postage within 20 minutes of my request. My account was credited without question upon receipt of returned items. I even got a credit for the money I lost with previous company! Excellent customer service and I love not having to pay for postage...
I have ordered in the past, no problem, I have placed two recent orders over a month old... have not received items. I have emailed Called and tried to chat on the site. They took my money and I cant get what I paid for... LOOK OUT! Save your hard earned $$$$$$

I'm used to receiving my merchandise in about a week. But this last oder took over two weeks and there was no way to track it. All customer service said was that it was 'active'. I really needed it by a certain date. But since it never arrived, I cancelled the order.
When my order arrived (boots), they fit perfect, except they would not zip up past my ankles. When I called about the problem, the representative was courteous, patient, and professional. Even though I could not get what I wanted, the customer service makes it well worth trying again for my shopping needs.
I have recently lost a lot of weight and had to replace all of my cloths size 12 to a 2.
This sight really made that possible because of the prices. Good quality, fast delivery, never had any problems.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
