I've only had great experiences when ordering from this site. Everything that I have ever ordered came in a timely manner. Sometimes the products come a day or two early. Everything I've ordered is true to what is advertised. I've recommended this website to all my friends and family. Great customer service, fast delivery, and top quality products!
I called customer service to see where my order was since it was overdo. They were very friendly and were going to look into my problem ASAP, and they did. I got an e-mail from them today that my order has been shipped. Remember, if your order seems like it's taking longer than they stated, don't be afraid to call customer service because they will take care of it immediately.
Purchasing from choxi was seamless from start to finish. Products I ordered were exactly as advertised and I, happily, had no reason to return. I will definitely be shopping on this site in the future.
Finding items I have looked at previously on this site is hit and miss, usually miss. I type in description (or even exact name) of items and come up with, sorry no items matching that description were found or - worse - totally unrelated items come up. Later the same day I look at a new Choxi email and see the item I had tried to find earlier. I have received emails asking what items I have/have not received. What, you can't look up my account? You make it hard to shop yet you stalk online customers by sending new emails relevant to things I've looked at but not yet purchased and may not be able to find again. It's creepy. You want my business but make it difficult to have an enjoyable shopping experience. You ask about my experience with Choxi, which is totally different than my previous experience with Nomorerack, yet you push me to change my negative feedback rather than improving your own business practices.
I had to correspond by e. Mail, and that was a lot of the problem. I would ask a question, and get a different person responding every time, usually with a different answer, or the same response. I think I finally have it straightened out. It's certainly not going to keep me from doing business with Choxi though.
Any problem is handled quickly and dealing with Choxi personnel is a pleasure. They are professional but friendly and most helpful. Other companies could learn much from this company. I have dealt with many and they are the most helpful, display concern, competent, and see the problem through to its resolution. Can't say enough about how really GOOD they are. Commend Choxi on their customer service staff--they are the best!
My experience with Choxi has been great! I love their items and their prices are amazing, you can't help but to shop with them. If you are in need of any questioned answered the customer service staff is great, they really make sure you're happy! Items are shipped as stated in your email and on time. Love them
There are a variety of items available. Satisfied when they arrive. However they take entirely too long to arrive and the tracking link usually doesn't work properly.
Can't track the arrival progress of your purchase.
The shopping experience was great, but not so much after the purchase! I receive way too many daily Emails, sometimes two or three a day! I finally clicked the unsubscribe button, but they still come!
I bought the Key locator that was on special. I love them. I had wanted to get one before but all the ones I saw were overpriced. My product arrived very fast and was in great shape. It works exactly as I expected. The key attachment is a bit hard to get into but once you get the hang of opening them it's not so bad. They all worked great.
I have been trying for almost two months to receive a missing item from my order. Numerous e-mails have brought no response whatsoever. Please note, these were not nasty e-mails. The e-mails were just asking for help in obtaining the missing item. The phone number on the packing slip automatically disconnects you when you place a call.
Prior to this issue, they were unable to ship an item I paid for so they issued a site credit instead of a full refund. For the past two weeks, their site has been down. So, now I am out money from one order, as well as, the missing item from another order.
The product don't always line up with the accompanying picture and description. I knew I was in trouble when I ordered a women's toggle coat and the mail tracker said it only weighed 1.1 pounds. Sorta like the pictures of tacos on the wall in a Taco Bell and the actual sandwich. (what happened to the meat?) But hey, for the price I keep coming back! :) Love the promptness of the deliveries.
I have been ordering from Choxi for a few years. They are reliable and stable. I marked down one star because at times I have waited a LONG time to hear that they are out of stock on an item and will refund... which then takes a while longer. I have also ordered a (very) few things that have not worked quite as advertised. All in all - I have had good experiences
I ordered an ab rocker and patiently waited over a month or two for delivery. I contacted Choxi and their solution was to just cancel my order and refund. What? Did I ask for it to be cancelled? Heck no! They claimed they no longer could get this product, however, even today I can still order this product from other sites. So why isn't Choxi fulfilling my order? This is awful for a company to conduct business like this. They should be doing whatever it takes to get this product for me. But until then I will continue to give them a less than one star rating and not order from them!

Choxi has products that are often cheaper than by other (online) stores. They also sell products that are sometimes hard to get elsewhere. Loyal customers receive a coupon once a month. Browsing the site is a lot of fun.
Choxi has great service and easy returns if something isn't perfect. The selection is huge and the prices are almost unbeatable. I've been buying from them for 4 years. They always have new selections. Life is great with Choxi.
I too, have been a customer for many years under nomorerack and now choxi. Placed orders recently (October) and wanted to check status - site is down i. E non-existent. Very sad - I used to buy many things through them.
I am very happy with Choxi, my order came in a timely fashion and it was exactly as described. Because I am a loyal customer they also give me a percentage off sometimes and I love that and they also have free shipping sometimes which is great too. I will continue to order from Choxi.com. They do have a variety of things... from clothes to jewelry to electronics to coffee and many more things. It's worth checking out and their prices are reasonable.
The products that I ordered and received were delivered in good time and in good condition. However there were items that were ordered that have not been delivered even though Choxi is showing them as delivered. Also several times I have ordered items during the "free Shipping" specials only to be charged shipping at check out even though I was still within the time limit of the offer. For the most part, I like this site and the wonderful items and prices. Their delivery could be better and their customer service shuffles you around until you give up and just accept the poor service and sour taste in your mouth.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
