It would be helpful (on Ratings to show item instead of Order No). This was over a month ago and I can't recall. If it was for the Kimberly waist item... I had to contact customer service at least 6 times before I was allowed to return item at my expense. I was, however, reimbursed. It was much easier to deal with customer service when company was Nomorerack. Thus, I have not ordered anything since.
