Pretty much everything that I have ever ordered was either a "second" or not as described. The descriptions of merchandise are flowery and deceiving in most cases. I think that everything sold are things that did not sell and this is a way of getting rid of them through discounts. Maybe I am just unlucky and a curmudgeon? I doubt it!
I ordered two silver chains and a scale and received a confirmation of order.
Billed $48.45 on 9/21.
Received both chains ( $9.00 each), but no scales.
Then on 9/26, I was billed for 41.00(?)
Still no scales.
Received an email stating that my scales had shipped, but still waiting.
I will not be ordering anything else until this has been corrected.
I have yet to use the product, as I am afraid I need some sort of information as to how to put them on my windows. There was no pamphlet of any kind included to tell me or show how they should be put on the windows. If you have anything that could help, I would appreciate it very much.

I notified Choxi that I received only 1 pillow of the "2pack" in an envelope that was torn open and the pillow was soiled. After 9 days of dealing with emails thanking me for contacting them and having to reset my password for nothing, I finally received the return and shipping label attached to an email. This should have been done the first day I contacted them. I will really have to want another item if I try ordering from them again. I am now waiting to see if they can correctly refund me for this horrible experience.
I have shopped several time from Choxi. The savings are GREAT, it's sooo easy to navigate thur the site & to place an order. They are always giving the chance for free shipping which in itself is so reasonable. All my orders have showed up when they said it would. I have recommended this site to several of my friends. Why shop any where else when you can shop here.
Very good quality an great prices.
One problem. Would love to return one bag but didn't get a return label and don't know if you do returns. The bag is beautiful and has lots of handy zippered pockets for busy young people on the go but I'm a 76 year old who never carries much and the bag is huge. I didn't realize 12" by 14" would be so huge.
I would give them 5 stars, but the last item shipped came in the display box with a address label slapped on, and the box looked like it had been tossed around the shippers stock room for a few weeks before hand. This item was a GIFT so having it arrive open to view by the intended receiver of the gift and the fact the box looks like a used piece of trash, I am withholding the fifth star for poor shipping practices
I have no problem with the products on the site, my only concern has been with prolonged delivery times and lack of communication. My latest purchase was very positive, notified and kept up to date on delivery, but I can't help but keep in mind, past purchases, that were severely delayed and then canceled by choxi.
I've ordered items from Choxi several times and find that the ordering process is easy and fast. Prices are reasonable and less expensive than similar products in stores. The items have a thorough description and have arrived in good condition and have met my expectations as described. The sign up and payment process is quick and clear. I'll continue to shop on Choxi.
Works great. Have three others in this product line. Was surprised at how large this one is. Looks the same but is twice as thick as my others. Bought it for my wife who won't use it because it's too large. More info on the product would have helped with my decision to buy.
Ordering and delivery went very well. The chair was lovely to look at, but not as comfortable as expected. The resemblance to an Eames swivel lounger appeared to be similar, but this chair does not recline and isn't relaxing at all. I can't return it since the box and other shipping material was destroyed when the package was opened, or else I would.
I have ordered several times from jClub and have found the products received pretty much as advertised - decent pricing and decent quality. One order had not shipped as soon as others had, so I contacted them and the customer service was wonderful (quick response and issue resolved immediately). Another time I received a similar item but not the exact one ordered, but when I contacted them they were SO helpful getting the correct item shipped out right away and asked that I not return the other item due to their error (which I was able to donate to a charity). All other orders were received in a timely fashion, packaged well and I have been so pleased with my shopping experiences with jClub. Would recommend to friends and family.
I have received my full order of 3/11/16 and everything is good but, I still have not received 1 item that I ordered on 3/2/16. Very disappointed in this company. When I called almost two weeks ago I was told that they would look into it and I have not heard anything from them.
I ordered two sheet sets. It took six weeks to get one delivered and the second one could not be delivered because their delivery showed delivery was fulfilled. I also ordered a rare coin, which ended up being cancelled. Couldn't fulfill order. That's two times so I pretty sure I will not purchase from Choxi again.
Usually my orders from Choxi take no longer than a week but my tablet was a little more than 2 weeks. As soon as I connected Choxi about my concern, 2 days later received email that tablet had been shipped, two day later the tablet arrived. It was awesome how quickly things got done.
I placed an order on 4/26/16 and still haven't received part of my order. Also placed another order after that and haven't received it. My previous experiences with Choxi were good which is why I decided to order from them, but I will not be using their services again once I receive the remaining items I have ordered; if I ever receive them.
Have purchased several items, the purchasing is easy, the shipping is fast once it's shipped and Customer Service is real quick in helping. I had a question about the cost of my item and they were quick to reply and answered my question and then even gave me a free shipping code. I will buy again, I even got my boyfriend buying stuff. No complaints. Choxi delivers when they say they will and most items are good. The on line ordering is easy. Their site thoroughly describes the merchandise and many color choices are available on most everything. I am very pleased with the egg cooker.
I'm on this site at least three or four times a week. I love this site and the prices. I love the fact that they value us frequent shoppers with a $10 credit off an order or give free shipping. Customer for life.
Did not receive an item (no matter what you order, it comes in one by one); when I asked for them to trace it, they gave me a run-around, said I could trace it myself. I want a refund and I'm still waiting for some resolution.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
