A company should stand good on what they sale. Not offer you a 1/2 price return if you buy another bunch of stuff. After a fight they did give me a credit what I really wanted was a replacement for the defective product
My first experience purchasing from Choxi was great. A lot of great items at decent prices. I bought some items and received two of them fairly quickly. Still waiting on the third and final item to arrive. The sweater I bought was beautiful and very comfortable and I plan on purchasing two more in different colors. The necklace is cute and complaints anything I wear. I love this site.
At times things can get slow and they are usually pretty good about getting back with me in a timely manor. Always recommend the products and sights to friends and family, and view it often as most of the products are very good.
Choxi has such a variety of products at really great prices. I have always had a good experience with them. Items usually ship very quickly and I receive exactly what I ordered. Will definitely continue to shop Choxi and enjoy their great products!
This service is wonderful. I pick what I want, order, touch submit and within a couple of days I have what I ordered. Saves time running around from store to store burning gas, looking for a place to park, etc. it comes right to my door.
I've found items on Choxi that you don't normally find on other sites, and at great prices. I am a loyal customer, and I check Choxi everyday for great bargains. I especially enjoy the 3 hour free shipping notifications I've been receiving. Also, I've had the pleasure of receiving a $10 credit from time to time. The name may have changed, but not the great bargains and great deals.
I purchase jewelry all the time from Choxi but this purchase of a Gold tone cross with black diamonds was a big disappointment. It didn't meet the standards of jewelry I have purchased before. I sent it back and am awaiting the refund to be processed and that is why I gave it only three stars. If I get my money back then it will be a five stars.
I have ordered several sheet sets from Choxi. I especially like the sets that include 4 pillowcases instead of the normal 2. The quality has been outstanding. I have found my go to place for bedding. I will be looking into other departments.
I received a pair of boots that were scratched & worn looking. I was given an authorization & mailing label almost immediately after contacting customer service. I mailed the boots back but have not been given credit to my credit card account yet. The tracking number does not work. They were mailed on 9-22-15. I have no way to know if the boots were received by the correct source.
My problem with this site has to do with honesty and transparency. I have made several purchases over the past couple of months and have been very pleased with every purchase except one. I posted 5-star reviews of the jewelry I had posted and those reviews appeared on the site immediately and are still there. However, I also posted a 2-star review for the one item that I was extremely disappointed in and, although the review was confirmed and immediately appeared on the page, it had disappeared when I refreshed the page. That happened twice on two different days and I can't find any other negative reviews on the site, so it appears to me that all negative reviews are being automatically deleted, and I have informed them that I will no longer purchase anything from a site that obviously has something to hide.
I ordered 2 sets of 2 power banks from ipanda 1 set pink and 1 set white - what did i get 4 assorted colors. They were meant to be Xmas gifts and my girls favorite color is pink so one pink for each. Well in order to keep peace neither got pink; there was no time for an exchange so while the gift was still useful it was not what i planed.
I've placed the 2nd order thinking maybe the first time there was some kind of a system error and the item took more than 3 weeks to ship after multiple emails from my side. No, the 2nd time it's taking longer, 4 weeks now since I've placed the order and they still haven't shipped it. They are saying they have nothing to do with the shipment. But, excuse me, you took my money 4 weeks ago, promising 10-14 business days shipment, and now it's not your problem? Never again.
I didn't end up receiving all the items I ordered in this order. I inquired to the customer care department regarding the status and was told that it can take weeks to receive and it had already been over 2 weeks. So I waited a little bit more and inquired again to receive the same response. Then a few days later I received an email stating I wasn't getting my order and would receive a refund. This has happened on my last 2 orders with Choi. Not sure I will continue ordering from them.
It just took too long to let me know that the manufacturer couldn't take care of my order for a love seat pet cover. Can't find the same cover at such a good price anywhere else so I guess I do without. No big deal but it took along time to get a letter and refund. I like Choxi a lot so it won't stop me from shopping with them, this is the first mishap I ever had and I shopped with Nomorerack for a long time.
You look, you complete purchase... done! Ha, what a joke. They repeatedly keep sending emails that say "did you forget something? Unless you complete your order with 24 hours, your items will be put back." Meanwhile, they have your money and had even sent a confirmation email. I have to email them over and over only to receive a form email that they are there to help. Right! The very next email says "did you forget something?" If I get my order, it will be the last time I deal with those idiots.
I ordered a few things and received one of the items pretty quickly but never any of the other items. I contacted costumer service to let them know I had not received my things. They pretty much told me there's nothing they could do since they have so many vendors. So I cancelled the order and got a very small amount in store credit. So I didn't even get a full money back. After I receive my new order I will never purchase from them again. The worst service I have ever had. Beyond disappointed
My most recent shipment of this week was sent faster than normal which made me very happy, and was all in one package with the fragile items inside of a fabric item that was sent with it. I like it when everyone comes at one time and not have to wait a week or two in between for the orders all placed at the same time. Everything was as described this time and I was happy with all of the order. I have placed another order since receiving the last one so cannot comment on that as my most recent order as it has not arrived yet.
I am so amazed at the quality products and the low prices associated with Choxi!
The items seem to come in the mail very quickly and accurately according to what they're estimates are. I am also impressed with their free shipping which is often offered to the public as well as their discount gift coupons. So far I am very pleased and I've ordered five or six items now. I hope to return often.
Placed an order for three items and received two of them quite quickly. The third item is out in Neverland somewhere. Was never contacted by Choxi or anybody else as to the status. Evidently Choxi relays the orders to various vendors and they are responsible for shipping your product to you. After contacting Choxi, they offered a refund for the unreceived item. I will accept the refund, but it will be the last time I deal with them.
I have ordered several things from choxi.com but most recently I ordered a pet crate for travel and it arrived on the date estimated and the price was very reasonable. I love choxi.com and the great deals they have. Always my first place to look if I am buying anything online.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
