I have purchased several items over the course of the last 2 years and have received quality merchandise at great prices! They often offer $10 credits for continued shopping and I find that inviting and often make purchases with this credit... great customer appreciation! No complaints! I love shopping at Choxi!
I trust this site to give me value for my money and have placed several orders with them. I had a question about an item I was interested in purchasing and they answered my email within an hour! This is exceptional Customer Service and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
I have purchased several items from Choxi recently, and found them to be very good prices. I bought my daughter and her hubby a set of lovely towels that I know would be much more expensive in the stores. They were thick and soft. I know my daughter will love them.

The sandals I received were very poor quality. I have 3 other pairs I ordered from the dawgs site that are much nicer. A cheap price is not good if you don't get what you expected. If these aren't copies they must be dawgs rejects.
I placed an order on 2/26/16, and I have not received all of it or heard from Choxi about my inquiries. This is the second time in a row I have had shipping problems. I have been very satisfied with the products I've ordered--I just wish I had all of them!
I ordered a mop and bucket set, never received any notification that it was processed or sent or on back order, nothing at all!
When I wrote in to request an update they checked with the manufacturer that it was not to be sent and they will be refunding my money.
I recently purchased a garment for a great sale price, but when I discovered that it had been delivered ( but quickly), to another state, I contacted customer service and Evita could not have taken care of it more quickly or been nicer, she stayed in contact until it was completely resolved. There is no better sign of a company you can trust IMHO, than the smiling, efficient, and personal customer service. JClub has my business.

As always I had excellent customer service from Choxi. But what I didn't expect was reimbursement for the vacuum. Choxi went above and beyond my expectations with the reimbursement since it didn't meet mine or their standards. Will buy from again due to this level of customer service.

Since this site became Choxi it's not the same as it use to be. Lot off bad experience and I would not recommend to anyone. Merchandise gets advertised and then it's not available. When you do get something, shipping takes forever. Just overall not as good as when it was nomoreracks.
They certainly under-promise and over deliver as advertised! I ordered a last minute gift for my daughter hoping I would get it within the 10 days, but wasn't expecting it. I was surprise to find I had my daughters new tablet about 4 days later!
I have ordered various items this past year and have been quite satisfied with almost everything. I can't complete some of the surveys because some were gifts so I don't know how the item was perceived.
I have nothing but praise for your company. Every time I do business with you, I have a great experience. Shipping is fast and items are top quality. A+++ rating. Have recommended to friends and family.
Numerous orders, only one came on 12/26. One duplicate order, returned and credited. One non working item, returned for exchange, no response yet. Overall, good responsive service. On-line customer service exceptional in her prompt responsive resolutions.
My overall experience with Choxi was very good. The only problem I found, that the shoes/boots run extremely small. Even ordering up a size did not fit. Manufacturing should make an adjustment. I needed a size 10 clog when I wear a size 8. Had to return and reorder from size 9 to size 10. Ordered a size 9 boot and could not even get my foot in it. Return process is good, no postage needed.
I ordered 4 items a month ago and have only received 2 of them. With 1 of the items, the packaging was so damaged it would have been unusable if it hadn't been boots. Customer Service was no help when I called to ask about my other items. Still waiting. Don't think I'll order again...
I really like the compression socks that I bought from Choxi; they have helped my leg pain significantly! The ordering process was easy, the price was good and they were delivered in a fairly reasonable time.
Many of the things I've bought has fallen apart or doesn't work properly! I bought blue tooth earphones and they're so crappy. Constantly struggle to connect to my phone. Also a dress I bought has seams coming undone and the pad in the chest area ripped in half. The sheets I bought keep coming off my mattress!
Not everything is bad. I love the suitcase set I bought. That was a great deal! I also loved the purse I bought.
I have ordered from Choxi for a while. Some of the items are great and others not so great. I had an experience with them in which customer service was involved. They did everything in their power to make it right. Though it wasn't exactly what I wanted, I give their effort and CS department an A+. Therefore, I will continue to order from the site.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
