I have no problems with anything that had to do with my order placement or the delivery proses everything was great.
My experience with Choxi is not a bad one. I find that the product choice is superb and the handling of my products are pretty good too. In one of my recent orders, I did find that I did not receive something that was stated I would receive. It was a free add-on, so I chose not to complain. I do have a small issue with the shipping. My last order has been shipped with a supposed tracking number that I can not use. I know that it is halfway through the month and I placed my order at the beginning of the month. Otherwise, I find Choxi to be a fun and useful website that generally suits my online shopping needs.
A desktop HP was advertised with a faster speed ram, and more storage hard drive, and windows 7 for a very inexpensive price. I am very thrilled. Thanks.
Always been good to me with whatever I have bought
Upon returning a 3 item for one price purchase because the size did not fit the description, (I found out by trying on one pair) they deducted the price of one pair (that I tried on) and credited me for 2 pair. Then proceeded to give me a credit that I can only use if I spend $30 or more on the next purchase. My "credit" was only $10 and some change but require me to spend $30 too redeem it. If I had been aware they were not going to refund or credit all 3 items I would have kept the pair I tried on and given them to someone who could have used them. Fair prices and deals here but hope you never need to exchange anything. Very unfair practice. Or what happened to the pair I was not given credit for? Aren't they mine, I paid for them, didn't I? Just because they don't fit me does not mean they are not mine.
This service is wonderful. I pick what I want, order, touch submit and within a couple of days I have what I ordered. Saves time running around from store to store burning gas, looking for a place to park, etc. it comes right to my door.
I started shopping at Choxi just last year (when it was nomorerack), and I've been hooked on great deals since. Love the range of products, discounts, and low shipping. Never had any problem with my order. I find something I like every time I visit the site, which is quite often.
I only had one problem with all of the things that I have purchased with Choxi and they gave me a small but nice rebate discount to use on any purchases I will make. So far all that I bought including sheets three sets I purchased and they are very comfortable to sleep on. Wash and dry well. So I really am pleased with what I have received over the months since I joined. Give it a try I am sure you will like the stuff as much as I have.

I ordered some K Cup Coffee pods. They were an excellent buy as is the coffee.
Whenever I've had an issue with a purchased item they were quick to respond to resolve the problem.
I have only one problem and that is with delivery.
Purchased a digital frame for our anniversary and when I got it the USB port didn't work and neither did the memory card slot. Returned it and got credit, but didn't have a gift for my anniversary in time. But I have had great purchases prior to this and would keep using this site.
The product I purchased have a great quality and excellent value.

Before the change I could get my order with in a week now I don t know I will get it I had one order that had one bad ink you wanted all four back before you could fix it I just gave up on that but I have not give on the co.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
