Tried to buy an item but a window kept coming up saying it did not go through and to place it again. I do not know why the window kept coming up but I found four orders registered when I checked my account. I then tried to cancel them within the two hours. Nothing showed that it went through. I finally gave up and went to sleep. The next day I was writing a note to customer service when I received an email inquiring if I placed all four orders. Recently I have found that there has been glitches in the computer programs since your name change, especially in contacting you. Also, received portable RCA tv with "recondition" label on box. Had to contact you inquiring if this was true since it was not in ad. Found it was to be new. Email says to send you a picture which I will do. Hope your information is correct since my personal preference are for new items, not reconditioned ones.
Sometimes it is difficult to order on line but you make it easy and a pleasure if I had any negatives it would be hard to find

First of all I love this site. I ordered a pair of shoes and the size was wrong. I had ordered basically the same shoe just weeks before they fit perfectly. I looked at the bottom of the shoes and the said they were the same size, only one was an inch shorter than the other. Thankfully they fit my mom.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
