In the past I never have had a problem, until my last order. The first order didn't seem to go through. I didn't get a confirmation page. I ordered again. Got the confirmation page. Then a week later a received 2 orders of the same thing. I order often and this is the first glitch.
Have shopped here for many years with no problems. Merchandise is as advertised and have only needed to return something once. That experience was quick and painless.

Shopping experience was good, products were better than expected and offered at reasonable prices. The only drawback to shopping with choxi is their site offers limited search and filtering capabilities and their mobile app is not smooth and quick.
I just wish I'd get it when shipping was free. Always get email later in the day AFTER I've made order, for free shipping. :(
