I had been sent two incorrect items and after talking to someone on the chat the problem was resolved in less than two weeks. This included returning and them resending the two items to me. Very fast service!

On paper it said an order had been sent and arrived at my home. This was not a true statement. Notified customer service error was fixed and merchandise arrived.
I ordered the black diamond bracelet, the clasp does not work. I have e-mailed twice and reviewed once. There has been no response. With nomorack I would have had a response in less than a hour. It has been almost three weeks. I shopped regularly on nomorack site, but I think I am going to take a break now.

There is a difference between refurbished and "used".
The unit I received was not only used but used a lot.
Obvious signs of age all over it.
Also it did not look like the same model # advertised.

As a HR Director, for a large Hospital, The employee under me with the attitudes, lack of experience in working with the public/clients. One, would not be working for me nor the hospital. No amount of training would be available too them.

I ordered two items... a coverlet. Great by the way. The quality and color were very rich. Just what I was looking for for summer. The other item was a illuminating dog color. I did not read the measurements, but assumed a small would be for a small dog, which I have. It was huge, but after I checked the site, it was exactly right as described... Just such big size to start. It was my fault, but disappointed in the availability for small breeds. I really like Choxi and I do tell friends about you.
For the most part, I am satisfied with Choxi. I doubt that I will ever order electronics from them again. I have never gotten my order correct when it is electronics. Sometimes they are helpful but most of the time, they try to get out of giving me a refund. I have ordered jewelry from them and have not had any problem except this last time. I ordered a pair of pearl earrings. The first day I wore them, the stem came off while I had them in my ears. Needless to say, it was hard getting the stem out of my ears. Household items that I have order, I have always been more than satisfied. I guess it is a learn what to order as you go experience.
Products are at a very good price and shipping is fast. You carry a variety of products, so you always can find something you need/like. Great place to shop every morning on my Ipad.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
