I could give a definitive review if the merchandise had arrived. It has been almost 3 weeks.
While I appreciate Choxi's effort to protect its customers' privacy, I was very disappointed in how customer service handled my request to re-activate my account. I attempted to log in to place an order and had to try a few times because I had forgotten my password. Choxi de-activated my account and notified me that I needed to submit ID or a utility bill verifying my address on account in order to re-activate. I send my license with certain information blocked out twice, I also send my gas utility bill and insurance bill and still none was acceptable. Why tell me my utility bill is accepted and when I sent it, it was not accepted. I was very disappointed and lost faith in Choxi's customer service. I have been ordering from Nomorerack and now Choxi for a few years and this was the first time I was ever faced with such difficulties and unprofessionalism. I enjoyed shopping on the site but has since been shopping on other friendlier sites.

I ordered plush blankets on July 28th. You were paid for these blankets and they showed to be in stock when I ordered them. To this date, August 20th, they still have not been shipped to me.
I have a credit rating of 735 yet this company decided, with no explanations, to shut down my account and till today, even after several emails from me, my account has not been activated. Needless to say I am shopping elsewhere and will never ever go back to that site.

My husband and I purchased some shoes and the experience was and has been horrible. The vendor, Shoe mall and its CS agents sidnt understand what was going wrong with the purchase.
The first pair of shoes was blemished and manufactured wrong, we had to return. Instead of replacing the first pair they mucked up the purchase so badly that we choose not to del with them again.
I was to return a defective order but because I was on vacation I didn't do I missed my time frame. I wanted until I got back home to return them again I was on vacation with grands spending quality time and just didn't think about returning from where I was then

Choxi literally affords me the opportunity to acquire items I would not otherwise be able to locate or purchase, at wonderful prices. The viewing is varied, so the shopping is fun, and a little addicting. If I am looking for something for myself or someone special, I turn to Choxi. If I see something out in the world, I check the Choxi site to see if there is a deal already in place. To my surprise, there is often the same or better item at a lower price. The shipping is quick and reliable. What few returns I have sent back, have always been easy.
I purchase from Choxi quite frequently. From apparel, to cat toys, I have purchased all sorts of different products from the company. If I ever have a problem with a purchase, the customer service team always takes care of me.

I ordered recently a set of outside lights and wanted to use one of the many gict tags you sent me but the lady said I could not since my order had already been charged - you need to credit me that $10 back to my card and then destroy the information you have on my credit card because unless this happens I will no longer order anything from you.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
