I believe the quality of a companies service is determined by what they do when things go wrong, not by when things go right. Any company can handle a good customer experience. I was shipped the wrong item and they issued an immediate return with prepaid shipping.

It is always interesting to view what is new to the site. Generally you are able to obtain something of interest or a need item. I have used this site for a while and the only real problem I have experience is the follow-up and response when I had a problem and mailed items back to the store and to day I am still waiting for some kind of response. A this point it is to late for any action and I have moved on to other items.
I recently purchased a camel with black accent purse for my mother. I was very pleased with the quality and the exceptional price. I can't wait to do more shopping on Choxi.

Their flat fee shipping price is so reasonable that it encourages me to shop even more. I had a great experience with Choxi. I had a problem with my purchase, and they immediately responded with a copy of user manual. Then, I had to return it as was not compatible with my computer. AGAIN, they immediately resolved the problem and refunded my account after I returned the merchandise. I am going to continue shopping CHOXI. I have shared my experience with my friends.

I am indeed a regular customer of Choxi. Not only are the products outstanding but my experience's when having to contact customer service on any issue is always done with professionalism and always curteous. I remain a loyal, regular customer of Choxi.
The quality of the merchandise is very good. Everything that I have purchased have been very nice so far. I did buy 5 tops last month and they all were a little tighter than I would wear my clothing, but I do like the top and plan to lose a couple of pounds anyway so hopeful they will not be as snug then.

Shopping at choxi is easy and fun but about half the clothing gifts i have purchased for my lady love have been way off the size charts that i follow in making sure i get the correct fit. Usually way small in comparison to what the chart told me to purchase. I know there is a difference between Ladys and Juniors and even petites but always hoping that would be stated is so. Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
