The customer service is admirable. I didn't enjoy the unacceptable condition of the item, but the no hassle return system is one of the best I have experienced and insures my continued role as a customer.

I find that when I try to order after the free shipping is activated, Choxi server goes down. So I go in Google copy and paste and put my order in. You need to be computer savvy. Thanks to my son who have me on Skype and can walk me through this.

On 8/2/15, I placed an order some items were OK however the fringe boots were damaged due to the box being crushed the fringes were disarray front part toe areas crushed OK the fringed handbag took almost 3wks to before I received it due to your shipping error it was shipped in the wrong name "Shella Amarjargal" I live in an a apartment complex *******@300 units mailman mail room staff & security had to go through everyone's packages to locate and figure out how the mistake happen

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
