I was a little nervous about ordering clothing online because I couldn't be sure the items would fit correctly and look good on me. I used the information for sizing on the website and ordered two blouses and two dresses. I am delighted with my purchase! The look of the items was exactly as pictured and they fit perfectly. The sizing charts were accurate.
For some reason My order did not make it to me. I called customer service & they refunded my money. I then ordered it again & received my sheets within a week.
Except for one purchase... everything has been exceptional!
This night light produces an array of moving colors just like a disco. Colors are intense. Surprised a small night light produces such a display. Considering ordering more as stocking stuffers for Xmas.

No contact after 3 weeks. Emails sent an situation reviewed by customer service. Received email after my request to cancel my order. Received an email confirming the cancellation. Next day received email saying order was shipped. Two items were able to be cancelled and refunds received. Had to place order with another site. First time this happened.
The search could be more precise and they should make sure to remove expired deals more often

I've been shopping with Choxi (formerly Nomorerack) for approximately 4 years now and can honestly say that I have not had one negative experience with them. My orders have arrived on time -- Any exchange/refund, though very few, have always been handled with excellent customer service and a smooth transaction. They provide detailed descriptions on every product available to help with customer expectations and to prevent unwanted issues. I understand that there may be some who disagree with this review, but I firmly believe that if we would thoroughly read the details in the descriptions provided on the products on sale it would certainly prevent negative experiences. Every product I've ordered - handbags, jewelry and much more - have met and some even exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love Choxi and will continue to take advantage of this amazing website for so many of my needs, and yes, especially my wants.;-)

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
