I've purchased many items and been very happy. On one occasion I required assistance in obtaining a user manual for a watch. The customer support was poor, confused and inept. I suspect the agents were not able to read English. The final response was a jpg picture of a wrinkled direction sheet.
Everything I have ordered from Choxi has been as described and typically less than I can find at other internet shopping sites. Customer Service is always prompt and has brought 100% resolution to any inquiry or issue I have had. I recommend them without reservation!
I have ordered many items from Choxi over the past several months. I've only now had any problems, but when I've notified customer service, they respond immediately and work to resolve any issues asap.
I will continue using Choxi and recommending them to my friends.
I've ordered from Choxi several times over the last two years, and have been pleased with my purchases the vast majority of the time. One caveat: The summer dresses sold in quantities of 3 or 4 are not great quality for the most part - poor sewing/seams that unravel. Other than that, I've been very pleased with everything else!

I have ordered more than 100 items from Choxi (NoMoreRack.com) and have only ever had one problem, which was taken care of within days of my reporting it. The site has a lot of great stuff for great prices and customer service was good too.
When a product sounds to good to be true it generally is just that. I have found that the items purchased missing parts or less than what I was expecting them to be. Some of the items were obvious seconds or cheap knock offs. Be very careful on what you are buying and don't look at cost alone.
I look at numerous deal sites daily. Choxi, formerly No More Rack when I first started, is one of many such sites. I saw items that interested me and purchased them. The first thing, timeliness. Many of these deal sites are third parties to a Chinese wholesaler. As a result, you wait and wait for shipping. My experience with Choxi is different. I received my merchandise in ten days. Well within standard shipping. Exactly what I wanted and no long wait, excellent.
I like this site very much, I just wish I understood the shipping order better. I love the choices offered, I can usually find something wonderful for everyone in my family and friends circle. And best of all, I can afford them. I'm on a limited budget, so I do appreciate the reasonable pricing. But again, I wish I understood the way the orders are broken up and sent so randomly. It gets very confusing when the e-mail says the order was delivered and only part of it actually was. It makes me stressed.
It's been several months since I placed my order with you and still haven't receive more than half the items I've paid and for me this has changed my opinion of this new company. When it was "no more racks " never had these types of issues so please explain to me what's changed besides the name. I would like to receive my product or my money refunded to my account.
I've been searching for these boots for awhile and when I came across these I had to hurry and get them. They do run a little Donal in my opinion buts half size up from your current shoe size definitely helps.
I've had very good luck with everything I've ordered thus far. If the size is a bit too small or too large, I will give the tops as gifts as they are really stylish and both friends and family appreciate them.

Choxi is a great site to do all of my shopping, Fantastic deals, Awesome people. The complaints from me is about the company that choxi sends all orders to for items to be delivered. I'm still waiting for item that hasn't arrived at my address. Item was paid for, on March 6th it will be a month and still probably won't have item. Choxi has been very apologetic on their behalf, That's customer service we all need. Its the other Company I have a problem with.
It was easy to find the products -jewelry and electronics- that I wanted at great prices. The cost was even further reduced with a promotional discount. The products were shipped much faster than expected. I am enjoying my purchase. Thank you.
Still no return slip for the 1.5 Ring I bought from them. So I will ship it back to them at my expense. They have good deals and prices but when jewelry should be in A + condition an its not, then they should make good of it, not make a customer wait 30 days.
I don't like the fact that my credit card is charged before the item ships. Where products are manufactured is also important. Either I missed the description or the information was never provided. The 5th Avenue Crystal Goblets were manufactured in China. A big red flag for me. I hope there's no lead in them.
Ordered 4 watches all came within a week. One of them didn't work and choxi got in contact with the watch company and got me another one within 3 days. Excellent A+ service from this company. I WILL be ordering again.
I ordered some outdoor solar lights back at the beginning of March. They charged my credit card immediately. Still have not received and in fact they haven't even shipped! Trying to get them to credit back for item I never got!
Company website refused to allow me to change the expiration date on my credit card as it had expired. When they used it for a future purchase, it naturally was declined. They then cancelled my account. When I sent them numerous emails to their accounting department, they were ignored. When I called, no one could help me and kept telling me to email the accounting department which obviously I was doing. I have since stopped trying and am now shopping elsewhere with no problems.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
