Purchased two items... first one came a few days after order which I was very pleased. The second item has still not been received and cannot get detail updates on when it will arrive. My order status shows "completed" and not sure why. Their statement says orders will be shipped within 10-14 days, but I am going on 30 days... and still nothing. Very disappointing, as I was wanting to purchase some luggage, but not going to take the chance of it not getting here by the time I need it (in a few months).
In the past I have had items not shipped (back ordered or out of stock) and my
Payment was not fully refunded including shipping. Other times returns for sizes that did not work were next to impossible to get accomplished. I try to find someone to give the item to. I won't be ordering any shoes or apparel again..
I bought a refurbished 4 qt pressure cooker at a great price from Choxi in order to try one out. Wow am I glad I did! The product was not only in great condition (despite being refurbished) but it was as described, came with everything needed to start cooking away, and was shipped quickly. Extremely satisfied with my purchase!
My daughter told me that I have a reputation for being a big spender at Christmas. But I've always been a smart bargain shopper. I've been an even smarter one with Choxi. I'm consistently able to find just what people on my list want for the best price. And the "even smarter" part comes with shopping at my finger tips. With time, the selection, delivery time and customer service has only gotten better. I am and always will be a loyal Choxi shopper.
Wow! Just read all of the feedback. I was not aware. I am shocked as I have been trying no end to contact Choxi re my back order since July 19,2016.
I guess Im not getting my money back, I have asked to cancel and no response and they are not even picking up the phone. Please advise as to any updates so that us the customer who have been purchasing from this company for years are able to take further action to get our money back. Thank you.
I am a multiple repeat customer because of the quality of products, ease of shopping, wide variety, prices, easy pay, and expedient shipping. The one time I had a delay in receiving an item, one simple inquiry resulted in immediate action and my item being tracked and delivered. Constantly getting compliments on the items I've purchased resulting in many referrals to Choxi. Keep up the good work.
I have some time buying their goods; and the experience I have had is satisfactory despite an incident in my last purchase, you resolved the situation immediately. Also, shopping I've done have been of good quality, good price and shipped quickly; except for an article, which, even thought not arrive, but was successfully received.

Very pleased with Choxi. Since they have taken over NoMoreRack I immediately found that they expanded their product lines in all dept. Always fun to take a look and love the fact that once in awhile they email me a coupon for their site. Keep up the good work!
In all my shopping with this company, I've never had any problems with the quality or service! I love the different items that they post everyday. I'm always finding something that I have been looking for. Also I love the fact that the shipping is a flat rate of $ 2.00. This saves me money too. While I don't trust the discount prices - often 70 percent or more - I've had few problems with the many items I've ordered. The products arrive well packaged, although some orders take a few weeks to be delivered.

I love opening emails with $10 VIP codes. It usually takes care of shipping, but it's even better when items I've chosen happen to be free shipping. I've had a couple of items take longer than normal to ship, but after checking into things, the items came pretty quickly. Damaged items have been rare and have been taken care of at no expense to me. Pretty great customer service.
I've used Choxi several times (been a customer since they were NoMoreRack) and only once was less than satisfied with the product ordered. Wrote a negative review and within a day was contacted through email by customer service rep who wanted to make things right. They reached out to me, not me to them. Customer service like that is rare these days, I'll certainly continue to be a customer.
Although the shipping took a week or two I am very satisfied with my items. The price and the fact that it is easy and safe to order keep me coming back for more great deals. The pouches are universal and seem to be very sturdy. I haven't used them at the pool yet but I think I will do a test run to really confirm the waterproof part!
I've received great prices and good quality with all the electronics, bedding, clothing and jewelry I've purchased over the last year. Any problem was handled professionally and quickly through customer service. I love the $10 credits offered every few days and I take advantage of the daily 3 hour free shipping deals.
They are great most of the times. But not always! Sometimes my order was messed up but then they re-shipped missing items. I had requested them to accept one boxed item in return after 30 days but they didn't accept. Then, I complained and they gave me a credit which worked ok.
I ordered bath towels, hand towels and wash rags due to being almost out of them in my home. Upon receipt of my order I was absolutely flabbergasted when I opened the package and saw the saw the stuff. All articles were large sizes and felt like very reliable merchandise. My friends and I get together every week and take turns making lunch. I had one grill and would put it in the middle of the table with all the vegetables and meat cut up. Everyone cooks what they want while we visit. My friends like it so much, I got the second grill so we could have more things grilling. From making brunch food to Asian inspired to Philly Cheese Steak/Chicken to what our brains can come up with. Easy clean up and great way to sit and talk while cooking.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
