I've shopped this site for years but starting to see a pattern of concern. Lower quality products, customer service is declining in quality and general support, and their app crashes constantly. If you're truly looking for a deal there are several other sites with much better products in the same styles and better service in the same flash sale style than jane.com.
I ordered an Easter bunny, stuffed animal for my granddaughter, with her name embroidered on it at arrived a month late, and the embroidery was actually just a sticker. Customer service was hard to navigate and slow to respond. My family and friends will never buy from Jane.com
With the approaching low, winter temperatures approaching, I thought I was getting a good deal on Jane when I saw this item advertised. It's billed as "unisex", so figured that ordering my regular size would work. It didn't. Not only is the vest too small to fit my frame, it also doesn't charge up and therefore doesn't heat. I tried multiple times to get Jane support to help me and they completely ghosted me. This was the first and shall be my last time ordering through Jane.
I ordered 7 t-shirts as part of a teacher fall costume from Michelle's Party Shop. The quality of the tshirts themselves was poor, very thin. 2 of the shirts came damaged with the imprint of the letters all crackled looking. I went back and forth with customer service and the seller about getting them replaced. I sent pictures and stated I didn't want a refund as I needed the shirts as part of a group. The seller claimed to not have gotten my photos or emails however she replied to one. I was refunded for the 2 shirts by Jane.com even though I said I wanted new shirts. Customer service sent me a link to another seller but the shirts didn't even match. I asked for a full refund due to all the trouble and still have not gotten a response.
Look at Better Business Buteau or Trustpilot for truth.
Delivered late (a week after Christmas), Awful quality - scratchy thin fabric, return date is deceptive ("has to be back to secondary site in 30 days") means you actually have to mail it within a week to get it to them at 2 weeks so they can then mail it for the next 2 weeks. Refused despite explanation that gift was for an 85 year old who couldn't mail it back herself. Never Again.
I've been.buying from Jane for years. Never had any issues, with a purchase or return. Now, I need to return something. I've filled out their form and waited. And waited. Filled out a couple of times. Get the same canned letter, with no help to return. They list their hours, but no phone number. I will NEVER order from them again.
Please note it should be zero stars! I have emailed the company and have left several messages with zero response. I had a fraud issue with someone purchasing an item with Jane with the person using my PayPal account. Beyond upset.
I guess it's my own fault for not looking into it more however, the vast majority of websites these days allow you a resonable method for making returns. That has not been the case with my purchases. Returns are difficult or impossible, depending on the vendor. I needed to return a pair of $45 boots and had to pay $22 in shipping to send them back. I also purchased a sweater (shown in photos as having very long sleeves) and the product that arrived was basically 3/4 sleeves. Apparently the return policy is that you can only make a return if you take a VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING PROCESS. That is ridiculous. Add to that, when you hit the Unsubscribe button in their emails, nothing happens. Terrible platform. I recommend avoiding it completely.
I ordered a western hoodie and western button up shirt for my son. Horribly disappointed with the items. The shirt was like my grandmothers old polyester style and the pocket and design was sublimated on the shirt in attempt to make it look western. The same sublimation was copied on the hoodie. What a cheap horrible attempt at western clothing.
I purchased a swimsuit I thought was super cute boy was I wrong. It was nothing as to be expected. The pads in the swimsuit are absolutely horrid. You can seem them and the fit was totally wrong. Whoever designed this wanted the least flattering swimsuit on a women's body. I am appalled by how it was nothing like the picture. I reached out to customer service to return because I feel duped, and they tell me they cannot return because its swimwear! Well first of all, nowhere did it notify me of this return policy when I purchased the item but now that I want to return it, it's the policy. I expect a return on a product that they made money on being deceitful. I am sending the item back and expect a refund from this terrible, terrible, terrible product. DO NOT SHOP JANE!
Got Necklaces and it was listed as 14 ct gold, all arrived fake necklaces not even plated. Submitted a return request and never heard from them been over 2 weeks already. Scam, I will be reporting to business bureau

Not impressed w the delays from each individual seller, shipping was A lot! Tracking forum they send never updates only says Utah. Which funny a where Jane, 3 rd party site is based out of. Not anyone you buy from. I will not be using them again.
I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Had to place 2 orders because they were so cute! Plus, they came in their cute little packaging. Definitely coming back! :) Thank you Jane!
I bought a maxi length coat and received a thin "blazer" not quality at all…this is such a deceptive thing to do, actually false advertisement, blazer looks like it was made by a 10 year old, nothing like pictured or paid for…took forever to get here too…never use them again!
Ordered two TY tops one came no where near the side I ordered had a huge 2" cut right in front of the top... the second one never came finally got an email saying it was out of stock(after 4 weeks)... I've requested a full refund and have gotten absolutely no response!..."BAD... BAD... COMPANY"

I just received the item which appears to be inexpensive flat stamped metal with no real way to hang the house address to a home since it is not backed, pre punched or drilled. The only review that I did read was the metal will rust in a couple of days. I didn't find a way to give negative feedback on the site so others would know to avoid this product. I am very unhappy with this first purchase and it will influence if I ever do business with the site again. Poor product deserves a poor review.
I have big time issue the shoes ordered came from China in 2 months it took. Arrived in a black paper bag and the shoes have no size label on them. They are 2 sizes too small. They refuse to honor a refund and said I can send back to China at cost which would be more then the cost of the 4 pair of shoes. Still requesting refund sub grades produce that I would not buy at a yard sale.

I had saved my credit card to my account for future purchases. Obviously, Jane.com has not security in place. I received an email this morning "thank you for your purchase"; someone purchased a $100 gift card for themselves at my expense. I emailed Jane.com first thing and called later this morning to talk to someone - of course, there is no answer and I still have not received an email back from them,

Jane.com is almost ENTIRELY poorly-made Chinese garbage! I purchased a cute pink cardigan, and while it looked exactly like the photo, a giant hole opened up at the right sleeve cuff the moment I put it on at work! It was humiliating because within 30 minutes the entire sleeve tore at the seam all the way down to the elbow! I'm sure a handful of items are OK but most of it is cheap, poorly made, no-name Chinese garbage that you can get much cheaper on Amazon. Thankfully the seller quickly replied and refunded me in full, but never again! I'd rather spend more for better quality merchandise! The shame of it is, I got sucked in and made several purchases over the last few weeks. A pair of boots that I ordered were cute in photos, but in person looked very cheap and were definitely not a true-to-size size 8 as stated :(
