I bought a Gucci choker online and after confirming the purchase they emailed me back to tell me they had sold it in the store AFTER I had placed the order online. I spoke with Molly on the phone who seemed unsympathetic and more seemed to enjoy arguing than being helpful. That is not good customer service... Your policies are unfair to customers and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated.
The staff at James Free is always responsive. I live out of state and have ordered from James Free multiple times; shipping is fast and they are always willing to special order items that they do not currently have in stock.
My fiancé and I had an awesome experience shopping at James Free recently. I purchased an Omega watch, and we also knocked out the shopping for our wedding bands. The team at James Free, especially Sophia in Cincinnati, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Will be making the trip from Columbus in order to continue shopping with JF in the future.
James Free did what two other reputable jewelers in Oakwood said couldnt be done to my rings. They carved channels and added small diamonds to my engagement ring, and put a small diamond in the wedding band. It gave the subtle sparkle thats been missing and wanted. My husband suprised me for our 20th anniversary, with a stop at James Free. I was not looking my best going in due to yard work and painting, and I was more than a bit embarrassed going into the store. But, my salesman treated me like royalty, answered every question, and made me feel very comfortable.
My rings are spectacular, and I cant thank them enough for the quality work they have done to my beautiful rings. I will always come back for my jewelry purchases, and any maintenance.

I ordered 2 bracelets for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. A personal note was enclosed from Molly which is something I haven't seen in years! The only reason I didn't rate a 5 star is that would have appreciated a certificate of appraisal.

I went to James Free to have my wedding ring and bands reset. The staff was very helpful, and extremely professional. I ended up having a new setting created by their in-house designer. I absolutely love the way the ring turned out, and will definitely go back to James Free for any Fine Jewelry purchases or repairs!

We found this place by accident and are so happy we did. From the second we walked in the door we were blown away by the customer service we received from Anna. We told her what type of ring we were looking for. She ran around the store finding everything that met our criteria. She was patient with us and even offered us a drink. When we left it was raining and she walked us to our car with her umbrella. Anna's customer service far exceeded our expectations and was superior to the other stores we have visited.

They were wonderful. First of all I was in awe of their sale Black Friday. My dream necklace was a done deal. I never had any problems. It was fast shipment.
