I brought two dresses over two weeks ago. And stilll haven't received them yet. This store is the worst. They never pick up there phone. I tried to contact them several time's by phone and live chat. I got thru to one of them it was very hard to understand cause she had a very strong Chinese accent. She promised that she will ship it out today and that I would receive a tracking number." All lies" every time I put my order number in, it says processing or none and sometimes I put my password in and it says password is in correct. I don't care if it comes frim china as long as it gets here. I can wait but there communication is very bad, they never get back to you they say they are. After reading all these bad review. I'm calling my back and getting my money back before its to late. Its really not worth the headache and disappointment it the dress comes and it looks horrible.
If you get stuck with an IZi dress it is impossible to get a return address. But I was successful in getting my money back from VISA. I called to dispute the charge and explained the situation to the CSR. She was very nice. She called the phone number for Izi and talked with the person who answered. She and I both begged for an address but she said the address is private. Since we could not get an address she closed the dispute and refunded my money in full. Ah Success! Will send it to GoodWill. I ordered two wedding dresses from this joke of a company and was going to return one (or two) if they didn't work out. When I received the dresses one was about 3 sizes too small. There was no size sewn in the dress so I have no idea what size it was. I called and emailed them for a week when I finally got a response to take pictures of the measurements of the dress and send it to them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I know I will end up eating the cost of these dresses. I am going to call the BBB and call my bank and see if I can get the charges off my card. Also there was no packing slip or return address so you can't just send them back for a refund. Please do not waste your money and time with these people.
The dress came today. I am finally relieved since it is for my prom. I do not want to go to the prom without a new dress. The lining of the dress is of a higher quality material. I ordered a 10 to be safe so that my chest would fit and it fits perfectly! The dress fits. Next time I come to your site, I will leave enough time.
At first I was a bit skeptical with buying a dress for so cheap online. I can say that I am very satisfied with my order the dress is so beautiful. I placed my order on 4/2/2014. It took them about 2 weeks to make the dress. They shipped the dress out on 4/12/2014 and I received it Wednesday 4/18/2014. The actual dress I received matched the picture about 90%. The dress is just beautiful!
What an awesome experience! This company delivered as promised! The dresses were made in very short time frame and arrived in excellent condition and everyone was custom made to custom sizes and were perfect! The price was unbeatable!
Absolutely the worst dress imaginable. In order to salvage the dress, I will be spending over $100 for alterations since there isn't time for new dresses for a wedding. My dress was 4 sizes too big even though I custom ordered the dress tailored for me. In addition to the sizing, the dress is crooked, the chiffon has a pick in the front, the lace is frayed, the zipper doesn't work, the dress smells awful and the lace is a different color blue than the dress. I wish I would have discovered these reviews sooner. Please don't become another victim.
I ordered a dress for my sons wedding and like many other women was really nervous about ordering it on-line. I loved the dress so much that I ordered it. When it came, the color didn't even look like the picture. It was brown and the lace on top looked like they tried to dye pink lace brown and then put it on top of a brown dress! It seriously has a pink tint. I was very very disappointed! I would not wear this dress anywhere! Now I'm out $175.00.
Never order from this company. They are the worst with quality and customer service. I wish I had looked into the company. The dress had great reviews from customers but know I see that they probably write their own reviews
I ordered two dresses. One for the mother of the bride and myself, mother of the groom. Both were poorly made and way too small. Upon emailing Izzydress, they said "maybe you give to a friend" Their next reply was "maybe you get it fixed." This went on for a number of emails. They wouldn't let me return them. I made a dispute with Visa and got my money back. Now Izzydress is emailing me wanting me to drop dispute and mail the dresses back... and claim they will give a full refund... lol. I'm not that stupid! I already made the initial mistake of ordering from this fraudulent company. Everyone needs to dispute with their credit card company!
I also ordered from this website, without checking reviews. I have not received the dresses I ordered and was promised that I should receive them within 4-5-days of my conversation, and that I would receive refund if I did not receive them by the projected date. My son's wedding is just days away. They have you when you make the order. How can you charge a restocking fee for something that presumeably is not in stock, it has to be made? I will definitely not use this website again and will not recommend it to anyone. I will have to now go out and buy a last minute dress that I probably won't be really satisfied with..
Ordered dresses for my son's wedding was promised a specific delivery date. No dresses arrived when we called them they hung up on us 4 separate times. Emailed them their response was the dresses would be mailed out n a couple of hours, received a second email from them that they would take another three to four days to put finishing touches on them. Still have not received them. Heart broken bride furious mother of the groom. At the very least be professional and answer the phone and be responsible for your actions. Does Alberta Canada have a Better Business Bureau. This company gives Alberta a black eye. Shame on you Izidress.com! YOU ARE DREAM CRUSHERS! AND THIEVES! AND LIARS! Shall I go on!
What a joke! The dress was four times too big, even with tailored measurements sent in. I'm getting married in a year and bought one dress online to see what it is like... big disappointment. CBS news did an exclusive on buying bride dresses on, ins and specifically mentioned izidress.com, I laughed at how how right CBS was about this company. Ladies... spend the money on a real dress or go to a retailer like JCrew or Anthropologie and buy a dress.
Dress arrived in good time, fantastic fit and quality, looks stunning! I love my pink dress, it is indeed pretty, to be honest, it is not exactly the same as picture, but it is very pretty! I just love it, even more than the picture!
Wow - wish I had found this review site before dealing with Izzidress. Ordered a dress that looked very pretty online - form fitting bodice, high waste, flowing t-length skirt... What I received is the ugliest dress I have ever seen! Didnt even bother trying it on - as I would not be caught dead in this. The bodice may be form fitting - but would probably be because it is lined with a very thick polyester - and it is padded to boot! (yay!- just what I wanted to make me look trim!) The skirt is form fitting underneath and a very flowing fabric over the top. All in all the dress is extremely heavy and has zero attractiveness to it. Gave one star because I had to - would prefer to give them negative stars.

I was rather worried about the arrival date of this dress, but it came in two weeks early. I was also worried about the size of this dress. For a girl like me with rather large hips, I was worried about the dress not fitting right so I ordered a size larger than what my hip size was on the chart. When I received the dress and tried it on, there was not a problem with the way it fit at all. In fact it was too large. So follow the chart and don't worry about it not fitting.
I received the dress today! It is beautiful and I look forward very much to wearing it for my sister's wedding. I was very pleased at the look and feel of the dress. Only problem is that the dress is a little long, but it is easy to alter. Otherwise the dress is perfect. Especially the decent price. I will definitely recommend your site to my friends!
I got married almost three years ago, I had a wonderful experience. I ordered a custom fit dress and it fit me beautifully. I only had one problem as the shipping company lost my dress. Izidress acknowledged the mistake and rushed me another dress. Their customer service was great and I did not need to use their return policy as I was extremely satisfied with my gown.
I wanted something special for my sons wedding and saw the perfect outfit on izidresses and ordered it on line. When it arrived i was delighted with it. The fit was perfect and it was exactly as it appeared on the web site. I would order from izidresses again
Answer: I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. I GOT STUCK WITH A DRESS I COULD NOT WEAR AND COULD NOT RETURN. ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE INSTEAD.
Answer: Sadly, it's just a home address in China. That's what they will give you. I was only able to get the address after I submitted a claim to my credit card to reverse the charges. I created a claim with photos and my order and the super rude emails that they were sending to me. Your best option is to have your credit card company retract payment from them. I shipped my bad garment to the China address just so I could feel I did my part, but they never responded that they received it. I did NOT buy tracking / it was too expensive so I sent it honestly to them and I am sure they got it. Hope this helps :)
