I purchased two sets of shot glasses from IWOOT before looking at reviews. Even after seeing such poor reviews, I decided to keep my order, and I was not disappointed. My items came well-packaged and were delivered in a timely manner. My only complaint is that, even though the sets I ordered were the same, they came in two separate packages. Other than that, all was fine.
This entity is a total scam and don't even deserve one star of a rating but I am forced to rate for this review to be published. You give them your money and your parcel never arrives. When you follow up, you get the same responses with no positive way forward in resolving the matter. There is no contact telephone number and when you request one, there is no response. I requested a refund and had to answer a bunch of questions with information they already have. I am so disappointed and disgusted. Today, I picked up so many negative reviews from people with the same issue as myself, if only I saw this before I paid them. This entity should be investigated.

I ordered a Nasa hat an T shirt then found it almost 70% cheaper about ten minutes after i ordered on Friday 8th July. Immediately I tried to cancel. No way to do that online. I contacted customer service and they said "unfortunately between the time I ordered and the time i wanted to cancel my parcel had left the warehouse" which was after ten minutes Friday evening at 16.42. All day Saturday 9th I spoke with numerous departments online and still unable to cancel. 7 days later still no parcel, I contacted customer service "a delay in processing meant your parcel did not go out" I asked to cancel and they sent it anyway. I refused the parcel and now its lost and my refund not available. Do yourselves a favour and avoid dealers who lie and cheat customers. We don't need this type of seller.

Still waiting for my order to be fulfilled that I ordered in December! Constantly says it is being processed. Dreadful customer service on autopilot auto repeat. The whole experience is incredibly frustrating.
I ordered some personalised and Branded items from this company and they did take a while to come but arrived eventually I like put this down to the fact that they were personalised so I can't complain too much and wouldn't think twice about using them again for other purchases.
Abysmal. If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered some presents well before Christmas - didn't need them until today 30th and have chased daily to be to this morning they are ALL out of stock.

I bought three items, only one was delivered. The other two never arrived it has now been two months and still nothing even though on their website it said 4-5 working days.The cs said that I can't get my money back as it has been dispatched. It is a scam website

I can't even contact them, their site won't let me create an account. I have no doubt that I will never receive the item I ordered. But I'm sure I'll be charged for it.

Purchased over $1100 in merchandise. It was shipped from the UK to the US but was incredibly poorly packaged with very little packing material included in the box (the box was so thin it could easily be torn by hand). When I received the package and noticed the exterior damage I opened it immediately and documented the couple of damaged items inside (out of 12 total) and contacted the merchant to see what we could do (eg. A small partial refund or replacements in better condition shipped). They offered a 45% partial refund of the total purchase price which was really surprising but gladly accepted. But then when I saw only the shipping charge returned I contacted them again and they immediately changed their story and have tried to alter what was originally agreed to in writing. And they have done their best to bamboozle PayPal as well into supporting them. Stay FAR away from this merchant!
Do not order from this company. It's a rip off. I ordered a swim float for my granddaughter and 4 months later I received a box. The item was nothing like what I ordered. Tried to get a refund, they told me I had to pay shipping and coming back to China ( which I didn't realize it was shipping from there) it would be months before I got a refund. I ordered the swim float in auga with a canopy and received the blow up one. It smells too.
I ordered a blanket and two other items as part of a 3 for 20 deal. The delivery was a week late but that didn't bother me. They sent me the two smaller items and told me that the blanket (which was the main reason I ordered; it was a big discount and in retrospect it feels like it was meant as a "bait" article) wasn't available at the moment. For months I kept asking where the blanket was (they had already taken the money off my account) and they kept telling me they would send it eventually and I should be patient. After almost half a year, they said the blanket was available again but they needed me to transfer them ~35 pounds to receive it. When I complained and said it was already paid for, they simply cancelled my order. I never got my money back and they keep saying I never paid, although I send them PROOF that the money was taken off my account.
There's no phone number to call and you can't reply to their emails. Every time I email them, I get a very unhelpful standard response and there's no way to just reply and have a continuous conversation. You need to send a message from their website each time + keep getting a different customer service person who doesn't know what's going on.
The customer service is simply horrible and doesn't care.

I placed my first order through IWOOT website for my kid's Christmas gift on 12/14/2020, but until now (01/12/2021) I still not received my order, the tracking number shows this package has been holding since 12/16/2020. I try to contact their customer, but they reply they can't do anything even cancel my order, I can get my refund only I return the package, but the question is since I didn't receive my order how I can return it? They choose the delivery company and now the package lost why I should be responsible for that? IWOOT so sucks, keep away from this company.

Thieves - total rip off - AVOID!
Don't waste your money - they are thieves who take your money and don't deliver the goods. Then they refuse to refund or expedite shipping when you kick up a stink.

This was my granddaughter's only request for her eleventh birthday. It arrived late, but the LEGO box was soaking wet, wide open, and taped back together. The DHL shipping box was in perfect shape, so the set was shipped damaged. I have no way of knowing whether all the pieces are in the box. Expensive plus $10 shipping.
This company is utterly useless when it comes to customer service. They sent me a order twice. I ordered a £160 Lego set for my son. 4 months later another set arrived, I did not order it. They took ages to reply and sort out the problem. Cost me £25 to return. No apologies, no refund of my shipping cost. Avoid this company!
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Agent (Harry) cancelled chat with me for no reason and estimated arrival date during Christmas time was not accurate at all. 20 days off actual arrival date. No mention of this lag time when you go to checkout for international deliveries, it is hidden in the help section instead. Response from the agent was you should have read the terms and agreements. I now am without a christmas gift for Christmas. Will never use this website again and I will be letting others know to avoid IWOOT.
They took around 10 more dollars out of my bank account than what was supposed to be charged. I emailed them 4 different times with no response. Then I found them on instagram and sent them a private message, I again, never got a response. Then, I left a comment on one of their instagram photos so that maybe they would answer me. I looked the next day and my comment was deleted, so I know they saw it and just ignored it. I would give a 0 star rating if I could. They stole from me and didn't even respond back to me. I just can't believe a company would be this way. It's criminal to steal, even if it is only 10 dollars, and to not even try to help a costumer and just ignore them. DON'T ORDER FRO IWOOT!
"Very poor service. I bought a product that included a free gift but it did not arrive. When I enquired I was told that it hadn't been added to the basket (no clear signage to do that) and they would not be sending it out. Very disappointing customer service
Immediately cancel your card! Call your bank / credit card and let them know the charge is fraud. I purchased from these guys and luckily saw these reviews and canceled my card before they charged it. Close one!
I ordered a print from IWOOT as a gift. It came in very flimsy packaging. When the package was opened several weeks later, we found the print was bent and had a hole in it. We were unable to get a refund or exchange. We will not shop here again.

Their customer service is set up so that no claim following complaints can ever reach completion, on purpose. I had a problem with an order which arrived damaged so I wrote a message to customer service (no telephone number on the site, and the chat option is permanently "unavailable"), and they answered the same day, saying that they would grant me 15% off my next purchase, but that I was to confirm that I accepted that: of course, at that point I found out that there is no way to answer a message from customer service, so I could not confirm that I accepted, and they knew that full well. I tried again the following day, writing a new message (that was the only option) and explaining the situation: I then got another message from the same person, who proceeded asking me to write to him again, this time to confirm the order number (I had given him that info the previous day), which meant that we were back to square one: he asked me to answer the message, knowing that there was no way that I could. This is obviously done on purpose so that the customer can never get a complaint through. This is actually vicious, as they give you the impression that they have a customer service, and that they care about your complaints, but it is all done so that no complaints ever reaches completion.
Placed an order with them, received nothing, had to get bank involved to get money back. Would never use them again. Since my order i checked reviews which i should have done earlier as i would have realised not to order from them. No customer service. Be warned!
